  1. Another thing, some tiles have EXTREAMLY good connections to filler pallets, so much so that even enduring + spirt fury isn't enough (Namely the tile right above the car + window loop)

  2. Hmm garden of pain aka the turkey man's genesis. I can't tell you how many times i got looped over and over as myres on this god forbidden map. I agree with everything and hopefull the devs do listen and change this map for the better. I hope this "series" gets more attetion as i would like to see some of these changes as always keep up the good work.

  3. I think garden of soy is the best name for this. You also forgot to mention the sheer amount of pallets that can spawn on the map, as well as the fact that the back portion of the map (shack to car loop) can spawn tile set ups which can be chained in an uncounterable way, or in a way that is extremely difficult to counter.

  4. This is literally just one of multiple different problems with the map. Collision on bushes ruins killers like blight, hillbilly, bubba, huntress, etc. There's too many filler pallets connecting decently powerful loops on shack side of the map. A quarter of the map is almost always either a complete deadzone or just has 3-5 filler pallets within spitting distance of each other with no inbetween (the part of the map that's next to the dining room vault and then the opposite side with the gazebo). Some of the generator spawns are WAY too close together which makes defending certain 3 gens piss easy for any killer running gen kick meta, I've had 30+ minute games where 90% of the game was trying to break a 3 gen we were forced into because they never committed to chase anyone and just kicked gens and only ever went for easy hits.. Pinhead's box unless they changed it with the knight update (which I didn't see anything about in the patch notes) randomly gets stuck forever on top of some of the bushes. I'm sure if I thought harder I'd find some more issues with the map but those are most of the biggest ones.

  5. Garden of Joy reminds me of the old Ormond map, where there are lots of pallets everywhere, loops that connect into each other, and a good main building. It’s a problem that should have been solved long ago, but it seems like the new maps keep coming back to these problems that they know exists. My question is, is it nurse that they are making these maps around, or is it blight, basically what killer is the center point of their map making design, as it seems that these maps are only decent on a select few killers.

  6. I got a 4k on garden of joy playing huntress (fps games have never been my strongsuit) and I was literally so happy I didn't play another match because I knew it wouldn't feel that good

  7. Ah, yes Garden of Pain featuring the most annoying central structure in the game (imo) and depending on your RNG a bunch of loops and tiles that chain into shack.would probably be my least favorite map as killer if Gideon Pallet Plant didn't exist.

  8. Weird you haven't mentioned how both tile designs (Yes, two.) are stronger than average tiles found in other Realms.

We are using road as a way to split the map.

The Shack part of the map features stone fences. Those ones are extremely short and with not even super-specifc camera to be able to see Killer over the wall. Obviously, Killer cannot do similar thing. It's literally old stretched resolution but baked into base-kit for some really dumb reason. Making the fences be taller or have something on top of them would've helped.

The main building part of map features white wooden fences. Compared to usual tiles, those fences are very long and thus "waiting spots" on the loop are very, very strong.
Let's just say, an LT on Garden is much more powerful than average LT found in other Realms due to insane length of fences. It is really that bad.

  9. Not to mention many many well connected filler pallets that killer can usually do nothing about other than trying to force the drop and destroy it in order to make the area playable… The entire map is just awful and the only thing that is good on it is… well…. visual design. That´s it.

  10. When the map firsted released the window downstairs in the front used to spawn on the left side of the house along with a pallet on that side outside. There was also another window upstairs at the gen that led to the roof that was also removed.

  11. how bad is it that i'm genuinely asking myself, "what kind of shaders and filters did this guy PUT on the video so that the inside of the house is actually visible?" especially stuff like the "living room" pallet, left from the entrance, i don't think i've ever actually seen the furniture in there.

  12. You forgot about the part there can also be a god pallet spawn in the house that can be chained to the window near the main entrance,BHVR is clearly biased and survivor sided with these map designs.
