  1. I've noticed that you can no longer hit 'escape' and continue with whatever action you were doing. I used to be able to be doing a gen and quickly hit escape to see what offerings were played or what one's ping is at…

When the guess of where each person will be goes wrong either survivor or killer is gonna pick up the advantage and they might be currently more heavily favoring killer since your chances of continuing to play with bad net where 1 in 4 hits don't make sense as killer is less than chances of continuing to play with equivalent net as survivor.

  3. Thanks for clearing some things up. 😀 One question tho: couldnt they just revert the animation changes till they fix it completely? They could overlook some animations while they are at it (for ex. idle animation that doesnt look to good imo) and roll the new animations out again, but a bit more flashed out and not broken? Or is this tied up with something else, that is to complicated to do so?

  5. Feel like they should keep the old running animation but still keep the downed one. Cause i believe its the running animation that screws things up right? I may be wrong but still no one really likes the running animation its weird

    chasing a survivor around a loop and it takes him an extra half second to switch direction vs the inputs the survivor actually did
    lmao, im a rank 18 killer and constantly face 4 man swf red rank games and have yet to get less than a 3 kill

    playing a killer is so easy and so its mostly only redditors that play killer because they have extreme advantages, if the server latency didnt 100% favor the killer every time the game might actually be fair

    its easy to tell its killer sided because the killer never swings through a survivor. if it was fair, sometimes the survivor would see an unfair hit and sometimes the killer would see an unfair miss. however the game was programmed that the killer was the host and even with dedicated servers it didn't change anything

    the game will continue to be killer sided and reddit will continue to cry their casual gameplay cant beat a few solo survivors because they are bad at games

  7. I play killer also. I'm not getting what appears to be fair hits and I don't believe others are either. Stick with me. I hit someone down, they aren't where they went down on my screen, they're very far away
    That let's me know I didn't get a hit. When I see them land way outside the window but still got the hit, I know it wasn't a fair hit. The only assumption of a fair hit is from someone who wants to convince themselves they're suddenly good when they weren't. I'm double pipping with pyramid head, I'm terrible. By current issues I'm amazing. I won't be amazing when this changes.

  8. I think the assessment that killers are playing fair is inaccurate. Plenty are fully aware of how to abuse the desync and actively use it to their advantage. Everyone is running enduring, swinging early (early enough to see it from the survivor viewpoint, and these are red rank killers that know normal lunge distance). Maybe things look normal on the killer side but it's nit stopping anyone from trying to exploit it. Game is entirely unplayable on the survivor side

  9. well… at least it's not stale, right? Had a few times as killer were I guess it was registering that I was past the survivor, because what should have been a clean hit, I was just swinging right through them. And as a survivor… ya definitely have to throw that pallet sooner, or else you'll end up with any combination of getting hit or not, killer stunned or not and you're both on the same side….that's if you can even throw the pallet at all.

  10. Desync doesn’t only occur on survivor side though. I can hit people and tell the difference between a legit hit and a desync hit. Maybe play with someone who’s also recording and examine hits

  11. For an average price of like $5 per survivor/killer that you buy (after already purchasing the game), not counting buying them new skins, and the fact that the game is evolving at a babies pace… makes you wonder about BHVR priorities. It’s sad to see them do this to theirselves.

  12. This is still technically a buff to killer/nerf to survivors because survivors will think they can get another loop and be punished for it and they have to pre drop pallets way more often

  13. I dont know if this is just me but I've been also having a glitch where if someone disconnects in the middle of the loading screen when I'm playing killer cancels the match gives me an entity displeased message and de-ranks me. Anyone else getting this?

  14. I get the hit is “fair” from one perspective. And the counter-play to the “extendo arms” is to assume they are closer. However, even if you imagine their locations perfectly, there is a huge mind game advantage that killers get due to this de-sync.
    In mind games where you are looping a small prop near a pallet/window. It is no longer possible to use quick reaction times to make these pallets and window vaults. Since their character actually swaps directions sooner than you see it, it allows them to hit you because you’re technically not reacting fast enough to their real location.
    This forces you to nearly completely guess in these situations as opposed to quickly reacting based on their real-time direction changes.

  15. We need to give them shit, they don’t listen to their fan base and mess up other things to the point where you don’t even want to play it anymore, and then they turn around and act like nothing’s wrong EVERYTIME, they barely even admit to their mistakes, give them shit

  16. Keep the desync, let survivors get hit from across the map, everything else is in their favour, why should it be almost impossible to get hits as well?

    Fix the UI, keep the desync, fix the animations, buff killer, and nerf certain survivor perks, and nerf the new game, way too many safe pallets, it’s a terrible map
