After being approached by Ayrun on Twitch messenger, I was a bit bemused at first then we struck up a small exchange that lead to the document that we explore together today.
I used this oppertunity to sort of have my final say on the matter and drive home the original point of these videos and why they were created.
Ayrun has since contacted me during this upload, but as this is the last page in this book, we will be closing it there.
A lot has been said and really, its all about the game and the how we play, I have always said, be vicious, be a dick in your games, get those wins, but behave yourself in post game chat, there is no need for the exsessive beliefs of how one side should play over the other and just enjoy yourself as much as possible, you have one life, live it well.

A group of up to four survivors must elude one killer. The survivors’ perspectives are third-person, while the killer’s perspective is first-person. The survivors cannot fight against the killer and can only survive by running away and evading them. They must use obstacles in the form of wooden pallets, windows, and items that they either find inside chests or bring before the match starts to run from the killer for as long as they can. In order to escape, survivors must repair 5 generators scattered across the entire map to power the exit gates, then they must open the exit gates and leave the area themselves or find a hatch to jump into.

Honest opinion? He's lying, no one in his right mind would skip a video and copyright strike it. There are some serious legal implications in doing so since it violates YouTube terms of service and also the basic human right of freedom of speech.
Do you know the case of Sargon vs Akilah? It was about copyright strikes aswell, UK vs USA. I'm not saying you should sue him, but a judge had already spoken about being a dickhead on YouTube.
Also I saw the VOD, chat didn't start the whole "How killer used to be". He fucking did, chat only kept fueling the fire. We all know this.
The whole document is just the result of a person that realized he shat out of the toilet and is scared of the consequences and the image he created of himself.
All I see are excuses for his behaviors. But excuses don't hide the knife he used to stab.

This is so unhonorable from Ayrun. What sucks is that I actually like his content. Ayrun was reacting to his emotions and you got the copyright strike which is way more devastating than being mad for 5 minutes. Edit: Isnt Ayrun like a kid? If so, this situation plus the way he words his document makes sense.

This entire thing has just left a sour taste in my mouth (figuratively), what bugs me the most is copyright strike, it can completely kill a content creators motivation to produce content (or good content), putting a lot of effort or time into explaining something and follow the rules/laws only to get cucked by the shitty system. I had my original channel removed some a series of false copyright strikes and mostly gave up content wise (some guy was stealing my content and striking my channel for the "stealing their content", YouTube saw that is wasnt right but never reverted the strikes), but strikes and claims have different effects to different people, so I cant say what effect it would have on you, but the lack of effort to even check if it was fair use let alone not even checking to see if the legality behind the claim was right is more than unprofessional. As a content creator you are responsible for checking to see if your content is right for the platform but also determine how that content is used by others fairly, the inability to do the right or legal thing by many DbD content creators is astonishing. People throw strikes out like they are pieces of candy and lack the ability to see any valid criticism, throwing people's careers down the shitter because of their poor decisions.

I still think the strike was a super scummy move. He claims to watch 30 seconds then strike you. If he is going make such a major move against your content creation at the very least he could do his due diligence. Ashame that he spends so much time talking about pointless views over a video game and not the strike that was undeserved.
I assume applying to a copy right claim takes more than 30 seconds. He could literally have the video playing on his second monitor as he applies for it. Or you know, be a professional seeing as he is messing with peoples livelihoods and does the same thing at a higher level so you would think empathy and putting him self in other peoples shoes would be one of the steps he takes before trying to nuke someones channel.
If he is serious about turning over this new leaf. I guess it is live and let live.
I just hope Ayrun learns and does some growing up. Because it looks like the behaviour of a spoilt child that can't handle criticism and for a channel of his size he would be a little humble and want to try and make the community a better place. It sucks seeing him in other peoples videos knowing what he is actually like.
But at least it is good that you are handling it well. I guess if nothing else got a little promotion and people that don't just simply have a bias cause "Ayrun big streamer" will see it for what it is and grow your community.
I hate that this whole drama had to happen to you. I love your content and I hope that 1k is a tiny milestone for the many subs you have in the future 🙂 I plan on getting to a stream whenever I can. I love the calm and mature approach you’ve taken to all of this. You deserve much love in the future 🙂
I mean. He has hundreds of thousands more subs than you. Do you really think that this is going to do anything? Spend your time making actual gameplay videos instead of trying to get views by by causing more drama than what has already been caused

watched the whole video, what did ayrun do wrong? In all honesty he handled the situation very well, you are a youtuber with under 1k, not to be rude, but a nobody. He could have easily swept you under the rug and given you no response.

Seems like both of you are in the wrong, ayrun can't copyright strike that (thanks youtube for actually knowing your copyright rules) you shouldn't of made a video laughing at him (even if you had a bad day) this video seems more like you're bashing him for being a rude, but you both seemed to had a bad day and snapped at eachother
i think this has gone too far and i wish they would take the claim off your account because you had fair use ayrun should have acted more professionally as he has a huge following. You acted very maturely as you probably are the older one so props to u m8 love your content keep up the good work!!
I'm not taking any side but when u say aryuns content is showing how killers are not as good as aryun that is completely wrong after watching his videos and his videos isn't taking the piss out of killers it's just a fun build and many games aryun dies or gives the killer a kill. I don't think he would ever try make people be sad irl over a game but it's just him playing a game otherwise that's very sadistic

It seems like Ayrun offered up an olive branch and it wasn’t accepted. I’m just on the outside looking in but it looks like an apology and explanation of what happened. Doing it privately seems fine. Many people are private. This video comes across as “not good enough.” It’s all picked apart and mocked. Hard to watch.
The copyright strike was wrong. But what now? People make mistakes. What is the desired outcome here? It seems like one party is seeking peace and the other is seeking drama and trying to grow their channel out of it. Both parties have done wrong but can it be fixed? It feels disingenuous to end the video with “I wish you no malice” when the majority of the video is filled with it.
I think you have a valid point of view but it’s hard to get behind because you come across as needing to be right so hard. It makes me feel sympathetic towards Ayrun.

Consequences, thats what this all comes down to. You made a decision to spend a bunch of time talking about another content creator in a negative light. Except this time you got push back. Of the your top 5 videos (views) 3 of them are about Ayrun, im sure this video will be up in the top 5 soon enough and then another video about "salty ttv!!!!." Like he said he jumped around in your 38 minute video and it im sure at every turn it was you saying something negative or being an ass. You earned that strike, maybe its not fair but nonetheless your actions met its consequences. You seem to make your channel on salty ttv this salty ttv that, its a shame that the first time anyone with an ounce of a voice pushes back and you play victim. I personally have enjoyed many of your videos but the milking of this just is rough to continue to watch. Dont get me wrong im sure there was a far better answer to this than a strike, but thats the kind of the territory that you are playing with when you put this much effort and time into going after another content creator.
