I really don't get the frustration with dead hard. Sure, it's the best perk in the game and thus everyone has it and people are tired of seeing it, but that doesn't make it unfair, especially in this situation with Mikaela. One could say that kicking a gen for -25% regression which takes up to like 20 seconds to replenish is unfair. At the end of the day, Linxi still got the 3k, on a map she's never played before too. I feel like a lot of people who have been playing the game as killer for years are so frustrated with how stale the perk meta is and the toxic SWFs bullying killers and T-bagging, that they lash out a little bit too easily. Which is understandable, but still…
