I started playing DbD in 2017 and since then I've seen several people BEGGING for an FOV slider. Even though it shouldn't take half an eternity for such a simple matter, it's still nice to know that it's apparently going to happen.
i think theyre gonna add a fov slider up to shadowbornes fov and just remove the perk from the game

I'm very excited about the fov slider I used to play killer without shadow born all the time and everytime I played killer I get massive headaches and my eyes hurt but ever sense I started running shadow born it's been so much better I can't wait for this change, I will be able to run 4 perks again
Broooo i love playing with high fov in games, but sneaking around the killer's view is so fun
When the fov slider comes watch it be only for pc as well and consoles players just waiting but also theirs no way the fov slider doesn’t go past 15 cause I feel more fov could be crazy on blight and nurse

Only took them 7 years to finally consider adding this to the game when it should have been in the game since release
i think the hardest part in their shoes to do this is finding a use for a reworked or tweaked shadowborn if it becomes essentially basekit
