  1. I'd go for a trully unstoppable Jason. Have an ability that makes him rampage. If he hits a pellet or gets pellet stunned, he doesn't get stopped, but gets slowed for the rest of the rampage. Maybe even make it so a rampage can instadown a survivor (like billy/bubba), but if you go through a pellet it can't down even an injured survivor (like Legion).

Option 2: a power that takes advantage of Jason's creativity when using the environment for kills. Imagine a killer that can use pellets to damage survivors. If he rampages through a pellet, the splintered pieces of wood shoot forward, inflicting deep wounds on survivors vaulting through, or in a small cone on front of it.
In all honesty I'd have him actually USE the pellet for a Mori from healthy (like Myers) but that doesn't mesh at all with h DbD's gameplay.

Sadly my ideas for unstoppable Jason perks already exist, as my ideas were having stuns last much less, pellets breaking on him, and being less affected by wiggling. They all fit him, but they already exist :/

  2. I will say I like the idea of the power. But I gotta say, I don't really see a reason why a survivor would pick up Pamela's head. It just seems like a bad idea. Otherwise, I like the power.

  3. I worked on a concept with a friend for him, and a fun side power we had for him is the ability to use survivors as a weapon while carrying them. Hes just as threatening even when holding someone.

Basically, he picks them up by the neck, and uses them as a weapon by swinging them at others or literally throwing them at other survivors.

  4. I really dig your breakdown and the ideas you came up with for a take on Jason. There's not much else I can say other than yeah, it'd be cool to get him and have a good time. Seeing Tommy come in with legendary Alice, Shelley, etc. would also be great. Plus, another Tom Savini design could be killer.

  5. My love for Jason was always that he used so many different weapons. I thought it would be cool if he could pick up one use weapons in the world that would respawn either in lockers or around the map like trapper. I was even thinking like. He could just use already used items. 1 huntress axe per locker, maybe 2 trapper traps, and then some unique weapons like an axe charge that can instantly break pallets and walls or a hammer charge that swings around like bubba building speed but doesnt insta down.

  6. I’ve never seen your channel before, and this video only has 2.3K views yet the entirety of today it’s been the first thing in my recommendations so I’m finally watching it.

  7. May be a stretch, but would the "not allowed to use rights from the sequels" only apply to the main sequels of the OG timeline, and not for things like the 2009 reboot, games, and comics? If so,there is a loophole right there

  8. The power idea is chefs kiss perfection

The fury mechanic gets across his brute strength and the Pamela's head thing gets across his territorial nature. I think the teleport pools would be cool but would also overcomplicate the power. Focus should be on Fury being his main power and Pamela's head being the seasoning that keeps it unique and interesting. Maybe instead of being like a blood rage or tier 3, Fury could be like Nemesis' mutation system where it permanently levels up over the course of the trial (also similar to his rage mechanic in FT13 the Game)

  9. This is my favorite Jason power I've seen, and it might be the only one I really like. I love how you approached him as "an ultimate m1 killer", it really fits him as the most slasher-y slasher in the game. You incorporated the offscreen teleporting masterfully, his affinity to water being incorporated with it is really clever and it really creates that "Jason popping out of the water" scene feeling that I really enjoy. Pamela's Head is also a really unique addition, I love the extra incorporation of survivor interaction that it brings in, and it's, again, thematically perfect. Really good video!

  10. honestly, i think F13 could probably get the resi treatment where they add two survivors who aren't necessarily linked together. the franchise is iconic enough that alice and tommy sharing that limelight could be worth considering.

  11. Great video and analysis. "the Revenant" is such a good choice of name, his powers and add-ons were thoughtful, and the choice of paired survivor was solid. I do want to point out that Jason did leave Crystal Lake when Freddy tricked him in Freddy vs Jason, but that's outside the main of either series so I guess that's why you didn't mention it. Speaking for myself, I did like the 2009 remake since it was pretty close to 2 and 3, although I still think it had some flaws here and there. Hopefully we can see both a new F13 film and Jason in DBD one day.

  12. His lore would absolutely have to have The Entity imitating Pamela and tricking Jason into sacrificing the survivors. He has to think he's doing his mother's bidding, otherwise we all know Jason would be in constant Mori mode.
