I honestly think this is the build if you want to get all 5 pentimento totems up at the same time. Let me know your thoughts but I’m pretty sure this is it. I think you just need proper RNG and for things to go your way, but Blight seems like a very good killer for it.

It seems like the biggest issue is people caring about plaything. Bubba seems like a good killer to get people to break their bones, stealth bubba is lethal af. Plus the one shot down makes boon healing less appealing to some. Maybe run Corrupt instead of Grim to buy more time on gens and set up for a late game 3 gen
Something else I think could help is if they break a totem on a portion of the map that then ends up a dead zone bc the closest gens have been done then it wouldnt be worth it for survivors to go to, so you are likely safe to reignite it. then you get the gen slow down to help stall the game more
You could maybe try demo and place a portal near every totem so that you can lite them up at the same time. I know it does not solve the boon problem but i just thought it might not be terrible.

Hey Tofu, how you doing ? I would suggest to put Undying with Devour, so that if survivors break your Devour early, you get a second chance. Also, it would forces survivors to break a second totem. I wish you luck friend !

Boons are one of the worst additions to this game ever made
Play Legion with mangled addon so that they don't heal. Or play plague and infect+inflict broken.
This challenge is actually easier than you're making it. Use thrill to counter boons. Ruin undying and and blood favor, or any even devour. They have to break the totems instead of booning. Because it takes close to a full minute to boon with thrill. Plaything kinda hinders the objective because for 90 seconds nobody can break it. Having everyone needing to break every totem is the key. Oh yea, and in all my matches that It worked, survivors cleaned dull totems on their own.
Seems like you could use some advice from the Blight Lord himself, Lilith Omen. That would be a fun stream.
Day 2 of asking for my build: Hey you should use video tape + face mask + knockout, as survivors I've faced have said "That build is evil"
You should try this with Hillbilly and instead of running Devour, run Ruin.
Might be worth running Thrill so booning feels less tempting.
Edit: Here's the build – Ruin, Undying, Thrill, and Pentimento. This accounts for 4 total hex totems, and a survivor seeing the proc for Undying on the remaining dull will get rid of the 5th.
Maybe run Oni so when you get that sweet sweet succulent Pentimento value baby, they heal slower giving you more blood.
Plagueee my dude. Or pinhead. Anyone with another objective seems to be successful. Also feel you 100% on blight, I'm terrible with him and have zero clue how people do it lol

Hex s thrill of the hunt and hex undying can help you with this. With slower booning and being able to see when you Boon a dull totem. Then do pentimento and plaything you should be good that's how I get my five stacks
Maybe try this on Pig with Currupt, Ruin, Plaything, Pentimento, and her slowdown add-ons. The idea being that the reverse bear traps would force them around the map, making it more likely they'd find a totem. And since they're already at the totem they might as well break it.
Then all the other slowdown would obviously slow the gens before they get done so if Pentimento activates it'll actually get value.
I ended up pulling it off with Artist, running ruin, undying, plaything, pentimento. Her mobility sucks but the birds made them get off gens and pushed them to find ruin. Then undying kept it up. I ran the add ons that gave people nearby a bird swarm as well and the one that makes them oblivious. I think thats the severed hands and silver bell add ons. Her mobility sucked and I was so scared I wouldn't get all the totems lit but I did!!! Good luck.
I also saw the suggestion of plague and it countering CoH I think that would be another awesome killer to try.
