In the past week or so I have noticed significantly more hackers in my Dead By Daylight matches. Many will be subtly speed-hacking, wall-hacking, teleporting, hiding their scratch marks and then using perks like Mettle of Man and Lightweight to gaslight the killer into thinking theyβre not cheating.
I worry for Dead By Daylight.

These are the cheaters that are disliked even by the people that code the actual cheats. Some cheats developers have said that many times on forums and they started giving informations to BHVR. Some cheaters also complained saying that the service was bad etc.. but in reality it was just the developers messing with them.
I was also a cheater but I was very open and only cheated for fun, like flying and throwing hatchets as Ghostface or throwing infinite pebbles as survivor and doing weird animations, or even having 3 killers in a lobby. People were always nice in post game chat and had tons of fun. But subtle cheaters are just embarassing to be fair.

I think I stumbled upon the same cheater you did in the Dredge game. Except she was a Claudette. I was so confused. Didn't know whether it was a glitch or if the Claudette was cheating.

Epic games is the problem
Consider the concept of being so pathetic and useless that you have to hack an online game to perform half decently, and actually think youβre competent at something in life. Can you imagineβ¦?
i had a survivor using auto dead hard and one using a lagswitch needless to say i did not win that match since i was on a killer that im not used to playing ontop of the cheats that they were using

I had a demo match also against cheaters too, nothing like a single survivor having every single gen perk that actually breaks the score board with gens going instant
I like to suggest to call those people cheaters. Not Hackers. Because they are not hacking. Hacking is a set of skills you need to learn and aquire. Every Douche can download a Programm that will do certain things in a Game if you press some buttons (if even that, many things are just autopilot). They are not Hackers, they are idiots who think they do skillful stuff with bypassing gamemechanics and completely ignore any balance in the game with just bringing everything the Programm they downloaded provides them with. Cringe MFs.
Survivor is already braindead as it is. It's just pathetic and cringeworthy to see that people who play survivor still need hacks to win games.
