  1. watching you here is cute and funny and cringey all at once lmao Once you get more practice in things will get better.
    1. No in game comms, only way to talk is the two emotes.
    2. the slightly skewed looking skull means they died from being hooked, the normal looking skull means death from any other means, like bleeding out or getting mori'd like in the video.
    3. I recommend Meg or Feng for their perks as you're learning survivor. Feng was my preference since she has a perk that makes gens not explode when you miss a skill check.
Im so glad youre having fun, and cant wait to see you figure bits out and get more confident

  2. As a new player you can see who the killer is the first few times you face them. It appears in the loading screen as 'Facing the *insert killer name here*' with a tip on how to face against thier power

  3. mate watch a lot of dbd content, the game barely teaches you stuff so content creators are good for learning, beginner guides are also useful but as you may know already otzdarva (or NOTotzdarva) has all the knowledge

  4. Funnyhow yourfirst killer was a chill guy, would have been hillarious if yourfirst killer would have been a hard core nurse xD

  5. my overrall tip for getting to learn to play the game as a survivor, is to switch roles and play as killer as well. then you'll see what the survivors are gonna do to try to survive the killer and delaying him as long as possible, such as loopping using the windows and pallets, as well as juking the killer, like pretending to vault a window or pallet but not actually doing, so they can go around one more time before using their resources, making the killer miss a hit, etc.

  6. fellow dbd player here, if you’re looking to get better at dead by daylight, YouTubers I’d recommended are Kyto, Ayrun, or Otzdarva. Kyto has a list of tips and tricks for each killer, Counters to each killers for survivors, and tells you good survivors to unlock first that have good perks. Otzdarva has many dbd guides on how to play each killer, master their powers, and how to use certain perks. Ayrun is a content creator with fun loadouts you could try if you’re not looking to get better like everybody else and just have fun.

  7. I have a bit over 2000 hours on dbd the best tip i can give is to play casually, if u play competitively u get mad, when u get mad u lose focus messing up your performance just keep a level head

  8. This game can be annoying sometimes especially with toxic people but don't let that discourage you from having fun. The perks are probably the best way to have fun because they change your playstyle to accommodate how they work. You won't feel overwhelmed after a little bit because it's really just the loadout and then bloodweb + other killers or survivors if you want a change.

  9. The bottom skull (screaming) is death on hook.
The more round pirat looking skull is from the execution mori's.
I kinda want to see a killer video, but at the same time I fear for the bullying you will face 😅

  10. Ok so left side tutorial
    None means healthy
    Scratches means injured
    Crawling means dying
Skull with wacky mouth means sacrificed
Skull means mori’d (killed) or bled to death
Person running through door means escaped
    Hook means hooked
There is an obsession. The obsession has the entity around it. When the obsession is being chased, they go left and right.
    I hope this was helpful.

  11. Ok about the parks is buff for you like making working on gen way faster with team or stunning the killer with the pallet make you move fast and so on even the killers has parks like know if there a gen has been working on by 2 people or more it starts glowing yellow and so on you don't need to care about too much rn but later try to know what is your playstyle and work with it like rushing gen or looping the killer for a long time or support so on I don't want to keep typing it's will look like an article also there's a lot of guide about how to play the game so take a look on them enjoy

  12. Even through this game is too stressful for me, I would easily recommend you to play some more. There are so many things to learn and interest yourself into. Even if you don't want to be competitive – you can easily be the "fun" killer. Showing mercy to cute survivors, playing pranks. Even vibing with your friends in private games. I think I spent hours just reading stories, looking at the maps and getting used to killers special powers. There is a lot to just geek about 🙂
