Hey everyone, today I wanted to look at the characters of the realm, and explain their ages, something that isn’t clear in all cases, so some are definitely up for debate. Let me know your own thoughts too, down below.
DbD lacks a lot in terms of providing exact ages and birthdays and stuff. Therefore, much of this is speculation and assumption based on what we are given, which again, is very little. These are just my thoughts; they aren’t fact unless I mention them directly to be. As always let me know your thoughts too, down below.

If you want to count nemesis human age before he was turned into a tyrant, he's roughly 30, but if you're going by date turned then yes less than a year.
I think the answer of “they have to be 18” is dumb. The devs probably just said that to avoid controversy of killing minors. I’d argue all the characters who “must be from a timeline where they’re older” are actually just their under-18 ages

After Sadako gets pushed down the well, she actually survives for another 30 years before dying!
This is explained in the sequel, where the mention that the body has only been dead for 2 years, despite the well being sealed a LONG time ago.
