How to Level and Prestige Efficiently! A Quick Guide to Bloodwebs for Dead by Daylight

This is a very quickly thrown together video, but I wanted to get the information out there. Throughout the 5 years of me playing this game I’ve learned how to manipulate the bloodweb very well. This guide will be very useful if you’re someone looking to power level your killers or survivors, whether it’s for the sake of prestige, or just to unlock perks faster.

  1. Another thing to mention is how you should leave one or two nodes when you're done spending bloodpoints. This is so when a new set of perks comes out and you want to start getting them on other survivors you don't have to spend all the way through a full bloodweb to see the perks in the next one.

  2. also tip, in the bloodweb you can grab up to 5 items before the entity spawns and takes something if you havent grabbed a perk yet, or dont have any. So lets say you grab 4 once you grab that 4th the entity spawns but does not take the item/perk until that 5th grab is made. from my experience so might be helpful or something^^

  3. Here is another thing I observed when leveling the 3 new Perks. like the way with the least amount of bp to get through the 3 perks is to get all on level 2 and then on lvl 3 because its one bloodweb less (arround 50k bp). so obviously its better to have at least 2 perks as long as possible in the webs so the entity starts earlier. therefore you want to take the lvl 1 perk in the second bloodweb and observe, which lvl 2 Perk the entity takes first. so available perks are on Lvl 1, Lvl 2, Lvl 2. In the next bloodweb you have Lvl 2, lvl 2 and lvl 3 available. and here is the thing. the entity tends to take the same perk as in the bloodweb before. so if you want to have 3x lvl 3 available in the next bloodweb, you want to take the lvl 2 perk first, that the entity took first on the bloodweb before. he then prioritises the lvl 3 perk over the other lvl 2 perk. this is only helpfull if you dont really care about the other items and only want to level with the least amount of bp spend when full perking the new 3 perks on a character that was fullperk before. hope that helps 🙂 also I sometimes experience that the entity just takes random stuff and spawnes in the middle of nowhere even though he could have gone further and it wasnt the last slot, like you had it in 9:40ish XD.

  4. The thought of losing my favorite addon in the bloodweb keeps me up at night. Now, however, I no longer to need to fear! Thanks for being there to help me out, renowned youtuber OhTofu!

  5. 1:51 Ah yes, rules that work until the entity just randomly decides to skip the only item left on that line in the bloodweb and jump to a different item on the line it was about to eliminate. For clarification, the item that should have been consumed would not have caused a new bloodweb, it didn't jump to consume anything on the outer ring of the bloodweb like it does when it runs out of moves or a perk is bought and another consumed, and the entity has no existing connection to the node randomly consumed.

Imagine a Y where there's item nodes on each tip and the center of the Y.
The entity has been consuming the left side of the Y and it should go for the center next, and consuming the center would eliminate the right side of the Y branch as well.
The item node on the top right of the Y has more items behind it, none of which have been consumed. (For example, the item is in the second/third layer connected to 1-2 items on the third/fourth layer)
There are more than one items in other parts of the bloodweb still able to be bought if the center of the Y is consumed.
Rather than consume the center of the Y like it should, it skips the center and goes to the right side of the Y instead.
Now you'll be forced to buy more items on that bloodweb, and if it occurs on an X intersection it can be even more annoying.

Similar to 9:40, but even without cutting the entity off.

  6. When I started playing DBD, it was on xbox, then I started again on a shared steam account with my brother, and now I started again on my own account and believe me, Im not going to bother with prestige all over again but this video comes at a perfect time that BP need to be saved.

  7. i've found that the bloodwebs very often try to spawn a tier 1 perk and a tier 3 perk in each bloodweb. so it seems to me if you want a specific perk it's better to pick the tier 1 perks and go for the tier 2 and 3s when you don't have other options. i could be wrong. it's more based on feel than any real science.

  8. Also, the Entity starts only with your 5th slot purchase if you did not buy a perk until then. Sometimes there are instances where you want to buy more items from the web, then thats the way to go.

  9. Dear friend, the "Good News" is the Gospel of Jesus Christ which is, "Christ died for our sins; He was buried, and He rose again the third day according to the scriptures." (1st Corinthians 15: 3-4)

The "Good News" of Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life to salvation. Receive the truth and believe it this very moment.

Precious believer, may Father God our Creator, through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior and the Holy Spirit bless you and keep you abundantly now and forever! Amen!! 🙏

  10. I have no idea how people got millions of BP for hawkins while me and a bunch of others have 100k. And I've been playing this game since release. I feel cheated and, as per usual, BHVR doesn't give a rats liver about it.
