Dude, there's a new meme build which is no mither + self-care. The whole point is that you can't heal and therefore self-care is useless, you got it? Funniest shit I've ever seen!

It's a really simple fix too. Autodidact doesn't work for medkit heals. Why does hyperfocus work for toolbox repairs?

From 2:54 to 4:08. That's how long it took you to do a Gen all by yourself with no toolboxes, no prove thyself, overzealous, just Hyperfocus. And you completed a Gen in just 74 seconds. That's crazy, saved you 16 seconds
Just imagine how stupid this perk will work when paired with Prove and Resilience

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Hyperfocus on its own isn't even good. It's the insane synergy it has with Stake Out and toolboxes that's a problem.
Seriously, the difference between Hyperfocus on its own and Hyperfocus with Stake Out is ABSURD. The perk is honestly fine, it's this combo in particular that needs serious adjustments. Make Hyperfocus lose its tokens when you hit a good skill check even if Stake Out is up, and the perk would be so much less problematic. I don't even care about toolboxes; it's just Stake Out.
Not playing until that thing gets nerfed. It is ridiculously easy to hit greats on pc with fps unlocked.
