While using a viewer’s Freddy build on DBD I played against Otz who was the solo-queue fill in for a three man SwF. The game fell apart pretty quickly and in classic Dead by Daylight fashion the SwF decided to be tribal and blame Otz for everything. I found out after the match that Otzdarva was the Sheva. Also, if it’s not obvious this video isn’t meant to be very serious, it’s all for fun.

  1. The new solo Q "improvement" regarding the icons next to each player will not help solo Q at all because it is not comms. I can see how the devs will "think" it can bridge the gap between SWF's and solo q but rather it will just give each player info on what the other is not doing. True help would be base-kit Kindred, just not show the killers aura. In this match, someone had Kindred but also had two dumb teammates. However, a decent (more knowledgeable) set of solo Q players with even medium level experience, base-kit Kindred would have made a world of difference.

  2. yep played a game recently with a friend, duo queue, and teammates were playing like idiots (getting hit by eruption and then running in to try and take hits for a teammate thats already been downed and is on death hook, the spacing for hooks im sorry but unless a team is in comms, a full team, its not worth taking an extra down to try an save one person, it just hinders the rest of the people that are still alive, and guess what happened? one of the two went to the killers chat, they were a streamer, an called the two of us out saying we were being "immersive" just for running 2 perks, i had shadowstep along with CoH and exponential, which i might add HELPS THE WHOLE TEAM, and my friend had a gen build with distortion, which i dont know if anyone has noticed, killers have become reliant upon aura reading perks, which means it isnt "immersive" to run perks to counter other perks, being "immersive" is wearing dark clothes, hiding in a bush or locker while doing nothing to help the team, i hate when people use words incorrectly just because they feel "slighted" because they didnt get to play a game as long as they wanted to, yes its a team game, but sometimes the smart play isnt jumping out in front of the killer and giving them a freebie)

  3. Must have been a funny moment realizing they played the same match !
But yeah, BHVR would never ban Otz. He's their prized wholesome-ish streamer and big publicity. The day they ban him is the day his thousands of viewers go on protest and stop playing X)

  4. Dude i hate dc’s and people who give up and ruin the game for everyone else, i have a friend who goes “i don’t wanna play im killing myself on first hook” and i tell em “dude it’s winnable why ruin the game for everyone else?” And he just goes “i really don’t care” fucking beta mentality, so then i just solo q, and get people who do the same, it’s just repeat over and over

  5. How can a P14 Nancy using Windows of Opportunity on one of the most static maps be this lost? Midwich is annoying to learn at first, and nobody is perfect, but that was hard to witness.

  6. how is someone this bad at the game after dumping 47 prestiges worth of bloodpoint in a single character is beyond me

She can't possibly understand that her getting downed under that pallet is 100% her fault, and that her getting to stage 2 is 100% Nancy's fault. Otz made 2 minuscule mistakes which could've been easily fixed or neutralized if the other survivors had an ounce of awarness.

  7. Imo this game was a wash from the start. But, I also think it was guaranteed killer win when Otz decided to push at 5 gens instead of get the unhook that was obviously his to do. The Steve was on a gen on the opposite side, so saying that was the only gen they were working on is a vop out to make himself feel better over the MISTAKE that has happened to every survivor that has over 10 hours of gameplay.

The rest was a combination of poor choices by everyone. Don't think this is ban worthy, just a series of unfortunate events, but they were triggered by Otz first mistake.

Not shade or saying Otz is in the wrong, just the most responsible for the mistake and eventual snowball was that lapse in judgement. And I think otz was distracted trying to figure out what he did wrong or others did mid game
