The forums are a mess more than usual rn. BHVR wont respond to comments not kissing the games ass so its just a lot of upset and angry people both killers and survivors
UI = Urine Itinerary aka Piss Plan … thank you BHVR; this was the straw.
I've jumped back to predator hunting grounds and I find it so enjoyable now. I'm sticking to that for awhile
I like almost everything in the mid-chapter patch actually.
The only thing I haven't like so far is all the Seal Team 6 teams that have come back to bully killers after the patch.
It seems that the devs do the OPPOSITE of what you say.
So say that they'll never make a good update again then they'll make a good update.
While in the Dead By Daylight Discord, Not_Queen said they had only 3-4 days to make changes before going live with the update. I don’t know what to believe honestly. If that was the case why didn’t they delay it. Their Discord has been out of control lately.
At this point I give up on the game, not only did they brake the game again but they made the game look like a early mobile game now. Second after I quit this game 2 months ago I reinstall the game and what do I see, shit just pure shit. AND the people who defend the ptb you can't say anything anymore, they do not listen to feedback, when everyone was complaining about the UI what did behavior do instead they added the fucking UI. I thought the whole point of a ptb is to take feedback but it isn't it is for hype

I stopped caring about this joke of a game a long time ago,giving them feedback is like giving a deaf kid an ipod.
I'm only about two minutes in at the time of writing, but hilariously there's nothing in the event to distract me from the horrible patch. In fact, you need to go to twitter or content creator streams to get anything event related. I am, in fact, required to be constantly reminded about the state of the patch in those places instead of forgetting about it with an in-game distraction.
I play dbd since 2017 and slowly slowly im leaving this game. Its sad unplayable annoying. I personally liked all the events and i played the first lunar event. It was nice. I remember the coins and the skins but now they give us just 50000 bp like come on. Even the event music isnt in the lobby. Just the menu.
They did it! They messed up even worse than they did with Twins chapter! Just wow. How they do this? And I honestly don't understand what's the point of PTB if they release patches anyway no matter what feedback they get. I think devs never played their own game.

Hate me if u like but I don't see the issue I think its improved the animations are abit wank but I thought the same about the original ones so I don't really see what all the fuss is about and with the UI I'm just confused at how it's such a deal and that people are making such a deal of this stuff is insane to me its a ui very cool it'll have updates and if not well damn what a shame it's not the end of the world I get my opinion is probably unpopular but im not jumping on the wagon of hating something cause it's different the ui works fine it's added more stuff that I genuinely appreciate it's decent not great not horrible it's decent animations are something no one is ever gonna be happy with and aren't something that can be perfect especially from a studio who focus very little on details like that I just think the community reaction is childish the game isn't perfect I'd love if they put the time into making it feel great like fixing hit boxes thats been a thing for so long that I've given up hope on it but im not just gonna spit on what does come out cause it's not what I wanted it's a decent update and I hope eventually they add what is needed to fully improve the game but for rn im happy taking little things
What do I think of the mid-chapter patch? Hmm…yea…I think I’m done with DBD for good now. I have no hope for a bright future for the game at this point. Now all I can do is pray that bhvr and Almo get so annoyed with the community that they sell their rights to some other company, preferably one that actually listens to and cares about their fans.
I gotta tell ya, I think about every single time I hated on Space Coconut in his comment section back when I somehow liked the game not long ago, and I thought I was doing something good, but now when I think about it I feel like jumping in front of a moving Mack truck due to how stupid I was😆. In a way, I’m honestly kinda thankful the devs fucked up this bad, because now I know I just wasted my time and money for nothing and that Space was right about everything and everyone supporting him are the victims. So thank you Space, thank you for not stopping making this content. Now I can steer clear of the game and only watch this channel to see if maybe it becomes better in the future.

i have not touched the game since this patch hit and if they don't change it till next chapter – i aint comming back at all to dbd (and I was a paying customer dishing out monies for all dlcs and at least 1 cosmetic for each survivor and killer. bb bhvr i guess LUL)
In addition to the known bugs, some people reported an error about not receiving Auric Cells. Do you know if the problem is still going on?
I personally don’t mind the ui change except the objective placement. Unless I play with friends i main killer mostly and the placement for gens remaining isn’t in a convenient spot for me. As far the rest of the update I agree, it needs some adjustments lol
I don't get why people don't like the new animations besides the fact that it messed up the hitboxes
I know I’m late but to me it seems like the level design has slowly gotten worse and worse starting with the oni’s map. It was bad beforehand but then it bounced back to “playable” status and also haddonfield. However this new maps looks good but play like dogshit, like I can’t play around these anymore and I eat shot each match because of how badly they are designed.
