After waiting for Dbd-Like part 6 to simmer in the algorithm for about 2 months at this point, one of two things was clear to me. Either people aren’t that interested in this series anymore or the fact that I returned from a near 7 month break with an 11hr video was too ambitious of an ask out of all of you guys (especially when over 5 hours of the video was dedicated to one game).

I had initially planned to just move on, but after reviewing part 6 about a week ago, I simply enjoyed the line-up too much to just up and leave it in the dirt. So what I’ve done is essentially curated part 6 to not only be more digestible (I know it’s still 5.5hrs, I tried my best), but also to remove the excessive amount of lethal company (which isn’t even a “dbd-like” in the first place).

My hope with this video is to appeal to all the people who came to this series for “dbd-like” games in the first place and were overall disappointed with the last video’s excessive amount of “unearned-runtime”.
That said, anyone who is interested in Lethal Company and the beta for one of the games included in this video (Maurice in the Predator’s Nest). The “Original” Dbd-Like Part 6, now titled the “Extended Cut”, will be available on my channel for those who are still interested.

Lastly, to those of you who are perhaps disappointed in this upload, having potentially watched the 11hr version already, I can’t truly make it up to you. I’m sorry.
What I will say is this, a special dbd-like will be out in a few weeks, potentially covering that…Frank Stone fella…or whatever 😉

Regardless though, thanks to everyone who continues to stick with me throughout all of this. I’m trying my best each day to put out videos that I not only enjoy making, but I hope you guys enjoy watching. I’m personally very much back in the mood for dbd-like after my extensive break, so you can expect a least a few before the year concludes.

Also, I definitely experimented with a bit of a “longer” format for some of these games (especially Home Sweet Home Online). So please let me know if ya’ll liked the longer segments or if you think I should stick to less than an hour for each of these games moving forward ❤️~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If you're running low on asymmetrical games to play and start browsing Roblox for some content, you might find it worth a while to look into Anomalous Activities: Equinox Directive, In Plain Sight 2, Trepidation, and The Robloxia: Until Dawn Remake. I've played them all and they're decent for what it's worth, In Plain Sight 2 is probably the most fun despite it being non-horror, followed by Anomalous Activities: Equinox Directive which is relatively convoluted and confusing but still pretty cool. Trepidation is basically DBD but the survivors have guns and landmines for some reason, it also contains a lot of bootleg content which is pretty funny to look at.

  13. Hey Scoops, whenever you do videos like this, can you release a "short" version where you don't include the 5-10 minute long segments of random movies? And focus more on the best moments? The IRL bits are cool and add to the theme, but the YTP-esque clips are not to my taste. Thanks man. Love your work otherwise.
