The man deserves stronger add-ons.
The thing I love about Cages that most people don't seem to appreciate is the time savings versus carries. It saves a good 10 seconds versus picking up and carrying and hooking a survivor which gets you back into the chase that much more quickly. It's comparable to why slugging is powerful, where you slug someone to give yourself all that extra time to get back to pressuring the other survivors. Except with a Cage you have the added benefit of it actually being like a Hook toward eliminating the survivor.
That's why I prefer to never use Hook perks on Pyramid Head, if I can Cage someone I'd almost always rather do that to keep the pressure going as constantly as possible. You can even go so far as to slug people who aren't tormented and Cage people who are so you never actually stop moving and chasing the entire match.
