  1. I feel like the dream pallets are still situational, at this point they could just remove the dream pallets and put most the focus on the snare. I can barely see myself getting any value with the pallets.

I don’t see how the teleport to completed generators is a nerf because the point is to have more map pressure and that was his main problem before that once generators were completed he wasn’t able to get to places throughout the map faster. The teleport is meant to get through the maps faster especially by then end game cuz some generators may be close to the exit gates so that’s a huge difference for Freddy compared to not teleporting at all by the end game. The teleporting to healing survivors however is definitely something they have to look into in terms of the alarm clocks.
