  1. I just played a game as legion (who I never really play) for the first time in a few weeks and i got paired against a flashlight 3 man, I managed to 2k but only because I had to slug the 2nd survivor as there was no hooks anywhere, so I let him die to the entity

  2. While MMR is a major issue, I believe not having a secondary way to play is doing the most damage at this point in the games history.

The game is awesome, but it needs a way to play that is secondary to the main game.

This would solve a fair amount of issues. Assuming that this secondary way to play was also fun.

  3. Even if the MMR system is completely fixed its not even the main concern for me anymore. BHVR have showed us that they don't really care about the concerns of the player base and issues that the game has until it starts to actually hit them where it hurts. I don't want to invest anymore time and money into a company that will only change things when they absolutely have to instead of playing games where the devs are passionate and transparent about their game. If the player base magically returned over night then the inevitable problems that would arise in the future would be treated the same way they are now and it would just become a cycle of people leaving and returning. Havent played the game in months and i wont come back.

  4. I played survivor it's so chill you do gens do a chase once in a while and rescue and heal a survivor a few times but killer? Oh god I feel I'm doing math calculations 24/7 faking survivors looping protecting gens and protecting totems is too much for me

  5. I’ve always wanted to learn Nurse and now with these chill matches, I actually feel like I have scenarios where I can actually master her without seeing the exceptions of perfect counterplay.

  6. I think MMR in all kinds of games is kinda problematic.. miss the good old days where you put tons of hours in a game to then feel op in the arena… nowadays it is not even worse to spend so much time in a game anymore because matchmaking keeps letting you lose the feeling of being really good compared to the big masses of players. What's the point of playing a game for 1000 hours but still having the same kdr then on the first 100 hours…

  7. I think I'll come back after the Hemorrhage/CoH/Legion update goes live. That perk alone makes Killer really unfun personally, maybe after a 2nd nerf +MMR changes it might be bearable

  8. so the comments are kinda what i expected. tbh if you don't want to give dbd a chance, that's fine. I played killer today and yesterday I had a mix. it was a good time for most of the games. I had a few bully squads but other than that it was fine

  9. It's too early to say but if they actually changed SBMM like they said they would, then my matches are already somewhat better. My main issue is that there's still this mix of either too easy or too hard matches. It feels unfair that I take best stuff and either crash less skilled survivors or get crashed by more skilled survivors. I wish it was more balanced and there's hoping it will be like that in the future.

  10. Whilist the game has been progressively better in many ways, it's still painful to play. Alto, a big chunk of it is because of the community itself, wich unfortunately BHVR has little control of…

  11. Short answer to the title: No.
Long answer to the title: Hell no.
Answer in response to the content of the video: Still, no. They had their chance to fix things earlier, but they chose not to. I do not trust these developers anymore, and I do not enjoy the game anymore regardless of the changes they make now. It's too little, and it's way too late.

  12. Thankfully I play dbd on and off. I have never been one to only play one game for a year straight, I frequently change, so i think of dbd after months of not playingx and come back to enjoy it, although I will admit high MMR has been less of a nightmare as I main blight, and he's OP. I'll probably never be repulsed at the thought of the game, unless I play it for a year straight.

  13. Explaining what Behavior changed on new matchmaking: They lowered the MMR cap, so a more diversity of players are playing at high MMR. So more people equals more randomness on matches, so not always sweat.

  14. Tbh I think it's not really worth coming back to this game. Everytime I come back as killer or survivor, I constantly have to play in a shitty way to win. Win or lose I'm not really having fun.

  15. Considering that my favorite killer was Deathslinger (not for free zoning, but for being relevant in endgame with his chain) no amount of mmr changes will make me come back, sure he is ok on Pc but with controller input delay and camera,on console nerf just turned him from cowboy into grandpa with osteoporosis and a broken leg….

  16. the number one problem of DbD is the toxic passive aggressive extreme leftist zoomer community that Canada naturally harvests. BHVR and its costumers are two shi*t-holes that complete each-other. I’d rather play something like HuntShowdown and have players who are rarely openly offensive than ever sit through playing with dbd players who are constantly passive aggressive trash. I am glad mmr gave me a reason to stop I am not coming back even if I get paid.

  17. as a killer main with over 2k hours, i will never come back to this shit show of a game, left 2 years ago for other games and having 10x more fun , balance wise and gameplay wise.
i just like to watch 1 or 2 streamers still but thats it.

  18. I played several hours with a friend yesterday and today, and both times we got camped on hooks almost every match. I didn't play DbD for that long but I just didn't see the difference.

  19. I may play a few games, but probably still take long breaks because everyone is using Dead Hard and Circle of Healing. I still win games but I feel like I’m getting outperked instead of outplayed most of the time.
