wouldn't clown be a little better if they made it so survivors cant tell the color of the clouds?
pain res used to work on fresh hooks at 15%. they weakened it.
Current pain res gets you more value if you tunnel someone out early. It also encourages you to tunnel someone out if you've used all your stacks. Either way, it encourages you to do a playstyle people complain about.
Pain Res is not consistently reliable because of the RNG. It would be a good perk if it was 8 tokens
