  1. I think this year is even more ridicoulus. They literally installed a rule, where they can only use 1 Perk in Ash, 2 in Bronze and so on.

I really like the mention of SpookyLoopz, this was 100 times more interesting to watch and felt fair.

  2. All killers have different mmr to so that doesn’t necessarily mean that they are getting fresh meat new players. I’m sure a portion of them are but not all and two the system doesn’t work atleast based on what the community commonly believes is skill on either side of the spectrum. Because it is based on kills which can be obtained in multiple not skillful ways proxy camping them killing themselves on hook etc and blendete sitting in the corner of the map waiting for her team to die to open the exit gate with wake up isn’t a skilled player either. The mmr system doesn’t work also because que times are what take first priority when creating a match then mmr cause I excape roughly 75% of my games and I regularly get babies and sometimes I get god tier players on huntress my main killer win a overwhelming majority of my games sometimes I get babies and sometimes I get a “comp squad”. The idea of smurfing being a freezable thing you can do in this game is frankly illogical.

  3. This comment is not about smurfing. Many people discount the impact of perks and items on survivors. in this challenge, they can't use any item they did not escape with, and all perks are bought with blood points earned during the challenge. As a new player, I feel like a broken record when I comment on this. PERKS MATER ESPESHALY LICENCED PERKS.
this game is an unbalanced mess of rng perk spin wheel. Every time the killer loses in MY games it is because of counter perks if I or my teammates don't have the right perks
for the killer, we die. survivors can do everything right and still lose a game to killer perks. Pre-face camp patch there were two ways a killer lost too much focus on a good looper and camping.

  4. I agree with all your points yo… but still the hardcore series whether hosted by dowsey or anyone else has always been my favorite content (I LOVED HOW DOWSEY EDITS HIS THING) so I'm giving them a pass on this lol

  5. They could easily do these challenges without changing the rules and without smurfing. They could do a perk randomiser to start with which is effectively the same as unlocking perks on the bloodweb, start with universals and just add the teachable perks. If they levelled up a character 50 times (say they started on level 30, they "prestige" when they hit 30 on the next prestige) then they can add that survivors perks. For unlocking universal perks they just spin the wheel once or twice every time they level up to account for perks they would've gotten and they can just use whatever teachables they unlocked. Bullying baby killers in the early game just makes the challenge easier

  6. It's unfortunate that it's becoming a trend. It's what oversaturated the League of Legends content on Youtube and i'd hate to see it put up on a pedestal in DBD.

Nobody wants their first killer game to be against 4 10k+ hour cracked survivors who are almost invincible to hit. People are very quick to go "It's just a game, wahhh baby killer" But to those people I say, find your empathy and remember that the killers are going to be demoralized.

Not having any influx of new players is what kills a game, once the recurring players are done with it.

  7. it could also just ruin the confidence or interest of the baby killer they went against and cause them to not want to play the game anymore which is sad… if i got absolutely shit on and trolled i’d probably never touch the game again and think it was too hard for me and i suck.. i don’t like that they’re ruining the fun for new people
