I'll save you 22 minutes: No, Thwack isn't a strong perk. it, just like her other two perks, are complete dogshit over shadowed by other perks that are miles better.
Thwack is a weird Perk. It should get some Buffs like Token Based. You can only use it like 12 Times but actual Value just 11 times. With Token you get value from each hook and Pallet you destroy so it wouldnt be that bad. Actually i would like to have it get half of its base range for Gen Kicking too
I do hope we get the Killer bots in Custom Games soon. When they manage to let them use their power correctly we could get a twins Rework where you can decide if you want to be Charlotte or Victor. Playing Victor lets a Bot take over Charlotte so you can Kill with Victor and Charlotte can pick up and hook break pallets walls and gens while you Injure or Down Survivors. Would love to see this

Gotta love spirit fury / enduring with hubris… I wish they would buff that combination!
Those other three perks could use a little bump to be consistently viable…
At the moment, you need silly survivors like these to make it work.
I had a purple blight do this to me just a couple days ago in the school. Its a pretty good perk with enduring, especially at unsafe pallets
