I want it to be Predator but the chances of either is so low that it’s more likely to get the whole FNAF cast in as one update. For free. Tomorrow.
I feel like its gonna be Jason purely for the fact that there's a new F13 game that's confirmed in development, which means the whole lawsuit thing is over, meaning its not impossible for BHVR to obtain a license for F13. A Friday 13th chapter in dbd would easily be the biggest chapter the game would ever have, and the devs are probably itching to get their hands on it as soon as they possibly can. Just for that reason alone, i think its definitely possible for it to be Jason. It's also already confirmed that the next chapter will be a licensed one too.

Jason would need to come with camp Crystal lake, probably a survivor, most likely Tommy Jarvis, where as predator could come alone, predator definitely deserves a survivor and map for how big the franchise is, but the map would just be a forest map and and let’s be honest Arnold would cost way too much

I think predator is a bit more likely considering we just got alien since they are owned by the same people, but I really hope its jason because i know his perks and gameplay woupd be soo much cooler especially since Friday the 13th the game will be shutdown later this year.

Both Singularity and Skulll Merchant are likely discarded power ideas for Alien and Predator that did not really fit their IP or that changed during the development process
Didn't behaviour say that one thing they like to stick to when it comes to licenses is keeping true to the characters lore? If that is the case then seeing a traditional Predator in the game makes absolutely no sense at all as the Yautja are a very noble and honor bound race they do not hunt/kill un armed/unworthy prey. Which is what the survivors is Dead by daylight most definitely fit into, something that wouldn't be a le to fight back. So any traditional Predator/Yautja would be a no go. Buuuuuuuttttt a bad Blood Predator would be more of a possibility as they dont tend to follow most Yautja clan hunting laws

Predator 100%! You see rare alien skin? This skin from aliens vs predator film + in Aliens versus predator 2010 game in multiplayer alien veterans got this skin too lol.

1: the skull merchant is predator theory. while I personally don't like it, I feel like its presence shows that predator is on our minds.
2: nethead (I know dbd calls them grid). this particular xenomorph is as big of an antagonist a xeno can be while a predator's around without it being a queen or predalien. and this one comes from AVP.
3: the paragraph status. while predator is certainly worthy of having at least a survivor to join the predator in the fog, the choice comes down to naru or dutch. while naru could work, she would pretty much require HER version of the predator for it to work, and if that happens we'll all probably grab our crucifixes and pitchforks and march up to canada to ransack their work place and…deal with whoever made the choice. and if you want dutch, I'm sorry. we're not getting him. arnold's likeness will probably cost behavior their anual revenue just for permission to model him, and we just can't have dutch without him. additionally, even if behavior did acquire arnold, there's no way that they'd use it for predator over a potential terminator chapter.
4: alien's already here. need I say more?

Predator is definitely more likely. It'd become the most likely first semi rivalry chapter with Alien releasing previous, plus Skull Merchant was kind of our hint lol. I'd love to see Jason, but I don't see it happening yet.
