I prefer [vanity mirror + dead rabbit + monitor & abuse] than scratched mirror.
Scratched mirror Myers and vanity mirror Myers should be doing "hit and run" :
Scratched mirror Myers moving speed is too slow to do chases; Vanity mirror Myers need monitor & abuse by it's side to hide his terror radius.
Perks I suggest : Sloppy Butcher and Hex: The Third Seal are good when you're doing "hit and run".
With the power to see auras of all survivors, you can easily stop survivors from healing.
Hex: The Third Seal to stop them from saving each other.
