Interesting way of doing it one video at a time. I will say that although Billy is quite good, he is definitely not on a same tier as Nurse. Nurse just basically breaks the game and it’s mechanics, something only a few other killers can do. She ignores loops and if she doesn’t mess up will always get a hit, cutting through the maps lets her get around faster and get to other survivors quicker to juggle well, and this along with her amazing chase gives her amazing steamroll potential. And this is ignoring her insane add ons that enhance her power to extreme levels. Combine that if you want to run something like ruin undying and she becomes actually terrifying. She doesn’t have too many weaknesses, and although Billy is good, it’s something that he can’t contend with, and that very few killers can contend with. That’s how I see it anyway
I agree that nurse is strong, but she is so hard to use that I would rank her lower.

I’m sorry but billy is just dogshit. Like there is not much to say. He barely has any power in chase and is limited on using his power. I garuntee you I would run even the best billy for at least 3 minutes.
