  1. Devs just dont understand that lowering the skill cap kills games. A slap in the face to veteran players and it makes new player invest less time into mastering the game. Making flashlight saves easier is just a mistake.

  2. The first ptb in a while the devs didn’t listen to in a while they completely ignored what the knight needed to be buffed on like
    no orb when using your power no detection range maybe controversial, banner shouldn’t give speed boost and bt it’s ridiculous they really didn’t listen to anything this artist all over again instead of making the knight play as intended.

  3. I wish they would've swapped his iri Exposed addon with an new iri addon that makes his Guard Orb invisible to survivors. Or even one that makes the detection range invisible.
    I'm a little sad to see Shattered Square's color scheme go, but it's probably for the best. Hopefully it'll still look good in game. I'm happy with these changes.

  4. It feels like the knight is just a rushed killer that they pushed out to cash in their 3 month chapter release schedule. They didn't fix any of his major issues and likelly won't . This killer will be a big pass for me lol . Shame because wesker was awesome

  5. I cant belive they nerfed his best addon and made it useless. It was the only thing that made the knight acceptable,now he has nothing good in his kit so yeah…also all the buffs to the guards do nothing to contribute to the current problem that survivors can just hold w away!Well done bhvr,u gone and messed up another killer again 😑, or i guess he was never really good but his addons carried,he may have viability in chase,will see about that when he comes out but beside that……………not much 💀

    Shame too,i was really looking forward for him and hoped bhvr would make the right choices (spoiler alert:they didnt) even so i will buy the dlc most likely but i am defenetly dissapointed 😓

  6. I wish they just kept the flashlights the same for lockers and normal saves it was still hard but more satisfying if u pull it off now it's just going to be to easy for me and people that have grinded flashlights

  7. They could of given jailor and assassin something that would of worked for them like if the jailor downs a survivor the jailor can hook that survivor and same with assassin but instead of hooking the assassin could mori a survivor on death hook

  8. I have 2 things I am still bummed about this Chapter.

    1. In my opinion, I feel that The Knight's "green orb" should not be visible to survivors when he uses his power. The routes made can be too predictable and therefore can be too easy to avoid. (In addition, survivors are also invisible to The Knight).

    So just hold W, and you would dodge the Guard without any problems.

    2. Survivors shouldn't actually see the Guard's vision. I mean, they now need less time to initiate a chase on a survivor when he spots one. But other than that, they don't feel very threatening to me… Since they don't break pallets or don't vault anything while chasing a survivor…

    The bottom line is that I think it's a shame, that The Knight's power won't be very efficient.
    He's simply another standard M1 killer, if you take away his power…. 🤷‍♂

  9. Terrible changes to the Knight for various reasons. Further incentivizes instantly placing Guard on a loop rather than predicting, and the most problematic part of his power which hinders the predicting playstyle is still here: the orb’s visibility.

  10. the nerfs to his addons are awful, they made the purples so weak and situational that they're just gonna be a wasted slot now, and the nerf to the brown was just super unnecessary, terrible changes all around

  11. Definitely wished for more changes, his core issues still remain. Survivors get way too much info from his power, it's insane. I also think more perk changes were needed, like Fogqise should have a cooldown. With Face the Darkness, I think the aura reading should be longer, as the scream bubble blocks the reading anyway. I also believe the banner should NOT give endurance, this is now the only other killer (other than Clown) that can buff survivors. The speed boost is fine, as you have to take time to get the banner, but speed AND endurance is too much.

  12. It's a nice buff that guards are faster, but survivors should not be able to see the green flying orb bc they just know that you're using your power and also the banner should not give endurance.
    Overall I like a lot the concept of the killer and def gonna buy him 🙂

  13. As someone who just LOVES getting blinded out of nowhere because the survivor pointed the flashlight at the corner of my right eye while I was picking up a survivor, I’m just SO SO happy to see them getting flashlights. I can’t wait!!! :))
