If the E key didn't already do something, then it should be to call a MEDIC like in tf2
I think 1st person POV being an effect of blindness would be good, and scary.

Honestly this has been me since the update. I hate doing gens and I have been practicing flashlight saves, so I never expect to escape a trial, only trying my best to save others and take protection hits/go to hook in their places, heal them and take their chases so they can escape. 🙂
