It feels like you get one hooked alot when you are teamed with absolute sausages. How hard is it for them to stay on gens when you are being chased? Maybe they are all looking for a hatch escape.

Running basically an aura-reading build and you match up with a Freddy with Unicorn Block, that's rough; not that Dark Sense or Deja Vu are that great, but even still not getting to really use them much sucks. It's like when you want to run a dedicated healing build and then proceed to play six Legions and a Plague, like who hates me so and why?

Realizing the "calibre" of my mates 2mins into this match i would've taken off to get ruin down asap – their output just wouldn't get any gens done otherwise … (edit) And that's how it went down.
btw: providing the VERY support they need to be useful to you is up to you, reading your team's performance – taking down ruin in this instance was essential imo.
Even if you do not actively "rely" on them to support you, i.e. play the team aspect of the game, do what is needed for them to be causing pressure, or be a distraction at least.
When the squad refuses to play the objective
