Have you tried michi's hag build? It consists of hex: the 3rd seal, undying, trail of torment, and make your choice(MYC can probably be swapped for another perk). Hit all survivors to give them blindness, then kick a gen for undetectable via trail of torment. The gen you kicked doesn't light up for survivors cuz, well, blindness.
