I think there is a somewhat argument to springtrap being vengeful since his children dying stuff
I do not want to spoil, but after seeing the Chucky series, I would say that it must be in position 1 shared, practically the 3 categories apply, kills to survive, for revenge and for fun(even kids). But also kills for justice, he has everthing! i want him so bad in DBD.
Maybe Bendy and the Ink Machine could be in dbd. I mean, imagine a map all cartoony like a generator animation, lockers, etc. But it will be hard to give Ink Bendy a unique killer power, since it is similar to the Demogorgon.

from what I've seen of five nights at Freddy's William Afton's motives to kill stem from the need to understand soul remnant to attempt to bring the dead son back to life, this lead him to kill and experiment on five children whose souls used their animatronic graves to get revenge and kill William Afton, who just like the children came back to life and now kills for more understanding of remnant and everlasting life, so I suppose if the son or daughter hadn't had died then he wouldn't have killed anyone.
Now I agree with all of these except predator he kills for sport, for fun and for being recognized but I wouldn't consider this as an instinct.

predators actually are pure evil they don't hunt from instict they do it for sport
I don't get it how predator can be a killer predator can only attack if their a threat or a challenge so predator don't attack the weak or unarmed unless if it predator that goes on rogue that mean they did something not did honorable
A really cool idea for alien would be for them to spawn with special hooks that are pillars covered in alien goop with a overmorph in front of it hooking survivers would be normal but when they die a facehugger would pop out impregnate them and spawn a chestburster that slithers around spotting and hurting survivors(they cant kill) when kicked 3 times they will die that drops acid blood hurting or killing the survivor that killed them and leaving an acid puddle for ten seconds that hurts survivors when they stand in it every 3 seconds theyre in it it hurts them
Springtrap is not evil he kills to put he son "back together"
I'm pretty sure William Afton killed because he wanted to be immortal after discovering remnant (human souls)
If instinctively evil is classified as killing for survival the Predator should not be in it as they do it as sport putting them in pure evil

I don't think pennywise is evil. he has to eat or else he won't survive. and it just so happens that fear is tastier to him. if happiness was tasty to him he'd just eat people after genuinely making them happy. springtrap is just a child murderer for no justifiable reason

I just want to add that Springtrap is just definetly an egomaniac pyschopath. He had 3 children, and the first one died due to her falling into one of the many traps he had already set for other children to die by. Since he told her daughter not to approach the dangerous killer animatronic he had built, it is likely he has some sort of care for her, but that's uncertain as he does not ever display a single bit of compassion for the rest of the series.
Chucky would be legendary, I'm really hoping they add him.
While the predator does kill for sport, it will only hunt highly dangerous organisms, like Xenonorphs, or Marines or Navy Seals, if their opponent is not a worthy challenge, they will allow them to live, they still hunt for sport which makes them pure evil, but still, they shouldn’t be on top of the list
Pennywise is a alien god also Slenderman should be on vengeance evil because he abducts children and try to kill people to whoever disturbed the woods but eh he had a bad life so
