Yeah gunna disagree about Myers. He has the most diverse range of addons and that actually make it fun for me. Everytime you play him, or against him, it could be a entirely different playstyle which adds a nice amount of variety. His terror radius might extend over the whole map or Maybe its only 8 metres, or no terror radius at all even. It's addons that change next to nothing about the killers power that bore me to death, although BHVR seems to be have totally gone the other way and are making killers addons just do the base kit power 1% better, 1% worse in another area.
Definitely needs a rework but imo they just need to touch up his base kit a bit. Give him 110% speed in tier 1, because 105% creates literal infinites if survivors run around a small-medium object, anad also make sure stalking does not have a limit. Maybe some small buffs in other areas but those two are big ones i'd like

as someone who didnt play dbd for years (2019 —> 2023) I'm so thankful I did not have to be in a D tier billy meta, back in 2019 he was A tier and now my boy is S tier easily, thanks behaviour! (but why did other people have to suffer for 3 years lol)
