UVX duration to take off was NOT increased by 6 seconds.
when you hit a ALREADY weakened survivor, weakness duration is increased by 6 seconds (so another 6 seconds of survivor "looking" at unknown if it already had some depletion)
which means the unknown can now knock down a survivor in 3 shots if he hits all 3 consecutively.
where as before you always needed to hit 4 shots minimum because you couldn't land a third shot before weakened was purged.
6 hours for a simple banner is way too long
