  10. His power is an idea to make Pennywise, but it was either discarded or they couldn't get the license.

    His power creates a kind of alien appendage that would be something like what we would see in Pennywise's real form.
    This orb he shoots was placed causing a state of weakness, but originally it would cause a state of fear. This state of fear also strengthens his other power, hallucinations.
    Hallucinations would be another power of Pennywise, in which a frightening figure would appear on the map and Pennywise could teleport to it, taking on the form of that frightening figure and regaining his original form as the decoy left behind disappears.

    The biggest proof of everything I said is the way to face the killer, to reduce the duration of the state of weakness (which would be Fear) we need to look at him, that is, face him, showing that we are not afraid, and the hallucinations they work in the same way, where we would face the hallucination for it to be destroyed, as our courage weakens Pennywise.

    Finally, if you still don't believe it, we have Mori, literally Pennywise entering his true form and absorbing the person's inner light.

    The mori would possibly be very similar to what is in the game now, but it would show the Light of death and absorb the survivor. I would venture to say that the killer's own design is a form of hallucination that Pennywise would have, which would be Dwight's.

    If more skins were released from other survivors, we would probably have more different hallucinations.

    One last detail, the survivors of the Pennywise chapter would have the same perks, with the new ritual perk being a way of showing the group of protagonists in the basement united to beat It, but the idea was also used in this chapter.
