Bit of stretch I think… and I dont recall anyone thinking there was going to be a "witch" in the game before BHVR started teasing a couple days ago.
I think she is a magician thus the red curtain and stage.

My theory for this character is
Jane knew who this person was cuz she invited her to her show and she was probably invited because she was a phychic and morning shows/ late night shows like to interview people that clame to have supernatural powers
So this person prob knew jane was taken by the entity so she tried to search for her but on doing so she got taken too.

I’m putting my money on Haddie Kur, Elvira, and Stevie Nicks
a witch survivor makes complete sense given the introduction of Boon Totems.
My guess is she is a stage magician or was and after basically becoming disillusioned with her career and fake magic, She started to dive down the witch rabbit hole. she will slowly become more entranced with dark magic and starts to experiment with hexes. another magician comes around and starts to steal her spot light so she makes a dark hex and it kills him or ruins them beyond her desire and she gets ''Shook'' if you will and starts to try and use magic in a good way. she does make good hexs but before she does something really good with it the entity takes her.
