The 2nd perk isn't like bond it's just reversed empathy
So empathic connection is just an empathy buff. Ight then
How uncreative
First perk is ok at best. It’s hard to get a stun off.
second perk is just a worse empathy. Buff the healing speed.
Third perk needs like 5% haste.

Healing can stack with other healing right? So 10% is awesome with healing builds. Not to mention it means hurt people being chased won't screw you over unless it's on purpose
His perks are ridiculously bad 🤣
yeah Parental Guidance seems like his best perk, which is kind of sad.
Parental Guidance might actually be pretty good in combination with Smash Hit. Especially since they can't actively watch what loop you're running too while they're stunned.
