  1. I still don't know how to feel about this, for the longest time I thought this was a scam, and now it's confirmed that it isn't. It's at least good to know that there are people within BHVR who disapprove of NFTs

  2. Before i watch this video till the end im done with this game. I had less fun with mmr, I had hackers that took the game hostage for 2 hours where i just booted up smash bros melee to waste their time and now this. Im super disappointed im deleting this game and ask steam for a refund. This is just disgusting to see this after five years. Edit: This game gave me some of my most fun memories but this is the point where i move on.

  3. This still confuses me. If they had Doug Bradley record the voice lines then why don't they want them in DBD? I am so confused. Are we saying that DBD didn't create the character models for this Chapter? Is that why people are upset? Can someone help me to understand?

  4. For those who are still confused as to what NFT's are, imagine little bits of data such as character models that are owned and controlled by whoever owns the character. These are unhealthy for the game as the owners can control how much and what gets distributed into the game, effectively taking away BHVR's control

  5. Here’s what I am going to say, we need to stop supporting BHVR financially. I know there’s a boycott earlier and this is something a lot worse as NFT’s contribute to so many sensitive topics such as sex trafficking, modern slavery, and global warming. We need BHVR to stop supporting this awful idea and we need to hit them in a way that’ll hurt them, hit them financially. Don’t buy the new survivor, don’t buy the pass, don’t buy pinhead if you don’t have him, we need BHVR to know as their higher ups don’t understand as easy money is in front of them.

  6. It’s not that they were forced. They had a choice. They knew of the NFTs and could’ve backed out of it before signing off the deal.
Boss Protocol said the NFTs were part of the Bhvr/Park Avenue license agreement.
I love Pinhead, but if these were the stipulations for Pinhead, they could’ve taken their business elsewhere.

  7. seems its time to wait out this storm for me,
i wish those of you who dare tame this storm luck, you have my blessing, but not my support.

i wanne point out i do not support NFTs i just don't have energy to support drama online. i have my own problems and life that need my energy and time. thus i wait out any drama. not really caring about it. don't take that as me supporting things

  8. Even the mods on the official DBD forums are not delating any comments, instead they’re merging them all into one huge thread, they said fans have the rights to be upset and is true, this is super upsetting

  9. I'm sorry. "Forced" They were 'forced' into nothing. They willingly contracted to it. They could have just walked away but they did not. They were in no way "forced" into anything. They made the conscious choice to enter into agreement.

  10. dbd devs knew this from the start when they added pinhead, they wanted to fool trick players in pinhead in the PTB with his voice, but once you buy him it doesn't come with it, they thought players wouldn't care.

  11. Problem is the other tweet which I don't think you covered they said that it was liensce holder using the models cause they are allowed too and implying they weren't working with the nfts but now said they have been working for months

They also deleted the originally tweets.

  12. The weird thing is boss protocol didn't exist a few months ago. And they said that they have already worked with other horror companies that were (and some still are) in legal hell. They said they had worked with Friday the 13th but when asked they said they were going to work with them. They seem shady

  13. 1:43 Actually, as far as I'm aware, everyone understood this as BEhavior denying being willingly involved with this whole nft thing. And then everyone got mad when they confirmed that they actually were willingly working with Boss Protocol, which means they straight up lied to us.
