  1. Also devs using “kill” rates for balance is just laughable if you factor in DCs, killing thyself in first hook, and altruism throwing bubba just have the highest kill rate in the game just based off he’s the only killer who can force a 1k and he’s no where near the top devs just have no idea what they’re doing just like they refuse to buff sadako and rework problematic add ons

  2. A morale system would be good. The more hopeful the survivors are the more points gained but as terror increases the survivors get louder and have harder skill checks. This would increase difficulty at higher levels and make the killer getting hooks reward the killer for not tunneling because they get buffed and hurt survivors for doing it.

  3. Mirror image of a game a while back I had with a Mikaela. She just couldn't stop finding me while I was after others. I saw the weak link and I struck. I am sure they were salty but good lord please check your surroundings.

  4. I think it would be a weirdly cool experiment if they refactored the game so that survivors as a whole lose by "total number of hooks" (not saying it would be necessarily balanced, just an idea that popped out in my head).

Meaning, no survivor is permanently removed from the game after the third hook state. However, they get progressive debuffs to action speed and perhaps even wiggling efficiency the more their teammates are hooked. Which would ultimately end in the entity claiming all survivors at once after the 12th hook.
