Otz said that PC players can play at 120 fps but… i don't know how to remove the 60 fps cap/lock and it seems it's not intended for players to do so. Does someone have a simple solution to this?

Only things I'd personally change is Hag and Freddy's placement should be swapped. I know you are personally good at Hag, but most Hag's aren't god-tier players and even if they are, It's like trapper, one survivor follows you around ruining all your traps, the other 3 take turns running the Hag/Trapper and doing gens. Hag is a really really weak killer that I enjoy facing cause they can be turned into a weak m1 killer really quickly. And any basement moments make most killers a happy killer.
Also 100% disagree with Twins not being in F tier in their own category chilling with Clown and Depipster. The rest of the tier list for me is pretty spot on outside of a couple preferences like Myers over Ghostface or Demo being maybe a little bit lower than B, but overall agree with most of your points.
My mains being low and bottom tier seems to just follow me in every game I play.
