On this Dead by Daylight commentary video, we discuss how P100ing a killer does not necessarily make you an expert in them, and absolutely shouldn’t be weaponized to argue with others as a result!

top 3 now thank you actually /s
I can't honestly say that a lot of nemesis players have said anything in disagreement with my takes, honestly. Something something about not having enough notable nemesis players to actually argue with takes 😭
I would say a p100 killer has a little bit more ground to stand on for balance discussions than a p100 survivor, but also as someone who's p100ing wesker just because I want every RE character as a p100, I have zero intention of ever playing him aside from the rare redeem.
More likely to know about the killer though, sure, but p100 nemeses are at least few and far between. If i had to choose for what I say to like, listen to me, I would probably say that I wrote the guide, then that I'm the #3 on the leaderboard BEFORE mentioning the p100.
anyway , w video as always bran
Ive been playing off and on for a few thousand hours since bubba came out, and out of any dbd youtuber ive seen, you have to be the most descriptive and best, i just got back into killer again and was nervous to play xeno but as soon as i did ive been having some of the best matches and fun ive had in a while, and being rusty hearing your in depthness for the character has given me such an upper hand again, i run dragons grip, pop, discordance and thanat, but planning to go to scourge hook, i want to do a match review just dont know if you actually get to it, and great videos thank you!!
This is just the new "Rank 1 ≠ good player" to be honest
80% of p100 are just casual players
Agree with you completely. <3
Some people still try to win arguments by saying, "I'm iridescent 1!"
Other things that don't equal skill;
1. Bringing strong meta perks (or killer), a favorable map offering map offering, and strong items every match.
2. Hiding all match hoping the other survivors carry you to the end game or you get lucky with hatch.
3. Having your 4-man swf call out where the C-tier M1 killer is going constantly so they have absolutely no chance of a fair chase.
But I still see people confused about those things regularly.
When you have a game that uses skill based match making of some kind (if it actually is) then have no indicator to tell who's good and who's not as good as them. You end up with a community that is confused on what a good player looks like and what a person who has a controller with a really sticky or busted [A], [X], or [M1] button. Why not put an option or toggle to continuously buy until out of blood points or interaction that the reason most players have high time count because play time is counted in lobby, game, and menu idle.
Kinda funny when you get those lobbies with a P100 and they're the first on hook and kill themselves.
Do people actually say that tho?💀
As a person who has 352 hours in TF2 and STILL sucks, I can confirm that this is true
Im p80 dwight and my skill is more inconsistent than my matches
honestly I’m on my p100 Carlos and Cheryl journey bc I love those characters, I’m decent at the game but I see p100 as just a way to show your love or commitment to a character!
I’m a killer main but prestiging survs is so much easier, and I still plan to get at least one killer to p100. I hate when people use p100 as a sort of threat.
The best survivor that looped me was this p20-something Feng who was actually a good sport. Meanwhile a p100 Tapp (switched last second) used three crutch perks only to give up on first hook after being hooked FIRST
Obviously
I thought KILL = SKILL
(Joke)
Sure, it doesn’t immediately equal skill, but there’s absolutely no way I’m taking my chances. Thanks, but no thanks.
if it doesnt equal skill then why the 0 prestige dwight is not doing gens?
think about it again.
I'm relatively new to the game (just coming back from a year-long hiatus) and this has been a big concern for me ever since I started playing. The game encourages you to prestige your characters to unlock their skills, but the matchmaking and bloodpoint systems essentially demand good performance from you if you want to do that in a halfway decent amount of time. It's kind of frustrating, especially for solo players like me who don't have anyone else to coordinate with to make the experience easier or at the very least more fun.
Don’t forget about those survivors who for whatever reason at the last second changed into a P100 character like if they’re gonna dominate you only to DC or give up on first hook just cuz they went down first or too fast.
I said this long ago p100 means u got a lot of time and it just a main grind
P100=sweat
P100's aren't the most skilled players I see, but they sure are some of the most toxic lmao
I have never seen you and penguinz0 in the same room at the same time. Curious.
I just love dbd giving me p100 players when i just started the game like a week ago, so damn fair
Trust me I think most of us noticed
