I'm gonna tackle something else you said in the beginning: at least for Ada it is without a shadow of a doubt clear that she did not intend to further the game. If you look back at the video evidence provided you can clearly see her crouching (meaning she is not afk) next to the hook while the killer is approaching her. Given how her terror radius becomes louder and louder, she sees the red stain and hears the Spirits soundeffects yet still chooses to neither run nor at least walk away from the position she gets body blocked in is proof that she did not intend to run away from the killer in order to survive and further her goal of escaping by either buying the David time to do gens or escaping the killer and do gens on her own.

They could have given a two week ban because of previous small offences. Considering this carol withheld information to begin with, its more likely they've already received a previous ban before the 2 weeks one and when this show started was given another ban strike leading to the 2 weeks, then BHVR looking further into the person's account saw the irregularity and updated it to be a permanent ban.

Ugh… At the end of the day, if you break their TOS, they have every right to ban you. If you dont want to get banned, dont break TOS. Its as simple as bloody that.
Are we sure Carol's new account didn't have any previous bans? If they lied about one thing, they'll likely lie about another. It's also possible Carol said things in end game chat that would result in a longer ban (that they left out).

Everything in this video is completely irrelevant. The ban for body blocking was 1000% completely unjustified, I don't know or watch this Carol dude but I can with absolute certainty and as objective fact that he did not hold the game hostage. You cannot be holding a game hostage by sabotaging 1 player when there are other players alive, you simply cannot, he had a teammate alive, there is nothing being done there Carol just said "this person is not getting out" which is tantamount to tunneling someone. Sure lying about the prior ban is scummy but the current ban should never have happened so this second "strike" shouldn't exist for them to piggyback off of to perma so the prior ban was basically irrelevant. They also only found out about this prior ban after the fact and gave a 2 week for what they believed at the time was a first offence, seems to be another case of behavior targeting someone they don't like as they do because they have been, are and will continue to be.. A dogshit company.

Honestly with the hackers impersonating streamers and getting said streamers wrongfully manually banned I do not expect competency from the enforcement squad at BHVR. This is not surprising because BHVR has proven itself incompetent in every other aspect of DbD, with the only exception being the graphical design department.
Behavior spaghetti codes their bans too, meant to say 2 days or 1 week but because Fixated had its name changed multiple times that means that the option instead combined both, thus the 2 week option.
