As a man without zero expectation from Behaviour, I can only tell I'm looking forward to see how this changes the meta, for good or bad. Let's hope we can get a few giggles out of it at least.

Saw Swarm, a really good survivor player, just give up on playing survivor last night and just played killer while reading chat 60% of the time, and he was still just winning games comfortably. If you still can't win as killer even after the update then you're just not very good at the game, and you need to start playing for fun instead of ego wins.
Issue with survivor is that they're nerfing all the fun survivor perks, instead of just buffing killer… so they're making life miserable for both sides by nerfing perks instead of buffing basekits.
Scott… balanced doesn't mean fun.
Honestly I love the medkit changes it reminds me of how they changed toolbox's way back in the day. You need to save your self heal for the right moment

hmm, I'd say it's slightly survivor sided.
I think the 3 gen perk nerfs were justified, if a bit harsh. It makes them essentially unusable now, undoing the meta shake up and now gen regression/slowdown is just much weaker across the board.
About half the killers imo already struggle/are weak in chase, and now they have nothing.
I think a middle ground would've been a bit fairer.
For Survivors, Circle of Healing while fun, was the absolute worst perk ever be added to this game in terms of game health, and demonstrated a fundamental misunderstanding of this game's design.
Infinite medkits for your entire team breaks the game and has always been a horrible idea.
I put it on every single survivor build and never looked back because there was no way to justify not taking it in any build. Take one perk, suddenly never have to worry about medkits or healing or relying on your allies ever again? Fucking sold.
The fact that if you heard a boon placed, you 100% knew it was always Circle of Healing, should've been a sign that it was simply far too strong.
Dead Hard, has also always been unhealthy for the game.
An extra health state in chase is extraordinarily powerful, far too much for a single perk. Yes there is a skill component in using it, but it's mostly reflexes, and Otz's point about the perk simply existing buffs all survivors because you have to assume they have it and play around it even if it isn't there, should have also been a sign that it was far too strong.
Most players even admitted they relied on as a crutch.
Dead Hard being a being another 2nd chance perk like Decisive Strike except with guaranteed value later in the game like Deliverance is fairer, and you can even still take it with the current strongest survivor perk, Off the Record.
So in summary, half the killers in the game got an enormous nerf, the other half will experience a slightly more exciting change of pace, and the top tier killers got a buff.
Survivors got 2 of their most problematic and unhealthy game-defining crutch perks brought in line with the rest of the perks, and a more tense change of pace with healing speeds that will mean some killers they are accustomed to absolutely dunking on will actually be a bit more threatening.
Both sides have cause for anger, but Survivors are going to feel it more the since the meta shakeup that was supposed to make Dead Hard stop being used so much, didn't work at all, and with these being the best 2 Survivor perks in the game for quite some time, survivors have grown quite accustomed to them.

As a former Survivor main, who switched to killer main after the general killer speed up patch I have this to say:
I'm having a lot of fun playing Meet Your Maker instead of DBD right now. Not that it helps either case at all, but I'm not the least bit worried about balance changes currently because I'm on to a different game for now.
Which kinda annoys me that this is the DBD patch where I would have gotten a free Rift pass.
If every single one of us did one push up for each "<insert role here> main are <insert stupid statement>", we would be the most jacked community ever.

ngl I miss dead hard. Waiting it out and seeing a survivor dab into me was 10/10
Gens go to fast regression does nothing you can still have medkits with 34 charges you have instant heals inner healing and renewal most good people don’t need to heal because the gens go so fast that you don’t get to kick a gen to regress it and the nerf to base kit heals is not enough it is survivor sided the only time the game actually feel balanced is if your 4 survivors brought in all flashlights you can’t slug dead hard and the Bloodpoints spender is the best things in this update I play both survivor and killer and it is very easy to escape with the right perks for survivor and if your good in chase gens go by quick by the time I get caught 2-3 gens are already done the only time we lose when I get a team that’s just messing around doing nothing
lol to be honest DbD makes me miserable too yet i keep firing it up here and there knowing it will piss me off.
Had someone get tunnelled out at 5 gens in 6 of 11 matches yesterday, for no reason other than it was easy for the killer to do. If you think the patch is balanced you might need a head examination.
