  1. How I would change the twins would be to give it a 5 second hit cooldown and reduce movement speed by 10-15% I feel like other reworks of this killer are better than what bhvr chose but that’s how I would nerf it because less speed means more incentive to pounce from afar which has counterplay. Also my dream change for twins would be so that victor has no restricted yaw so that he could pounce over tall structures and get insanely cool hits that would also be rewarding for hitting but punishing if you miss, since victor dies when he pounces on something he shouldn’t, I don’t see why they couldn’t add this

  2. The only "counterplay" is to split in teams of two and everyone running medkits/FTP/WGLF (basically healing perks) so that Victor gets killed immediately after downing someone and the Survivor gets up quickly. Impossible on tiny maps because of 10% Haste but possible on larger maps.

  3. I know you were trying to look for the positive with the storefront comment, but its really sad the only good thing related to the PTB is something to do with monetization and not the actual gameplay.

    for me i tend to be more excited for PTB and balance changes than for new content, as alot of the newer content hasn't really interested me except for maybe wesker? (which isn't a big surprise since hes also a super popular character). but like I think if you know BHVR and have been a veteran of dbd for awhile, you can usually tell a bad PTB from the patch notes, and when i saw them it was a thumbs down from me before it even came out. I do think there are some decent QOL fixes for twins in the patch, but they don't address alot of the underlying issues of the twins as a whole. Victor was always busted in chase, but he was "balanced" in the sense that he had a million clunky cooldowns that really prevented him from snowballing out of control unless you had the optimal setup (everyone injured and split up). removing all the clunky-ness is genuinely a good thing, but they never addressed the core issue of victor running behind a survivor and pouncing up their butt for free.

  4. this update is worse than a mess. it's a landfill. I hope they pay attention to this mess and really sit and think on it…..and for the love of goddness if they are gonna keep the animation that looks like I designed it, than I hope they increese the actual stun time to hecking cancel out the animation time….but as for someone who plays both sides, that I just said there would make survivors troll killers, and we dont need that either.

Yeah it really seems like they don´t care to test the stuff they make and instead let us figure it out, and the amount of bugs with each update on other characters and perks shows that they only test the new things coming out and if they work it´s fine, forget the rest the new stuff works so great.

Even the blight changes suck, removing his techs added so much depth to playing and looping him, blights can only use bump logic now which is stronger and harder to counter then techs, worse to play and face, its a lose-lose situation, the new addons suck too, the surv complaning just didnt know how to counter, and bhvr just likes removing fun shit

  7. I think before it comes live, there is no reason to be mad or say something like "BHVR failed!" or "you had one job!".
    Even if PTB is THE FIRST TIME someone play tests this, (which, yes, would be pretty sad) there is no reason to be so angry about anything yet.

  8. A lot of Behavior DEVs are very bad at the game which is OK (it's fine), but it seems like they feel ashamed of having a team to test their updates (or if they have they just ignore them). They have teams that showed that they can make good reworks and updates (like the the who did the hillbilly), but some of their teams seem to don't have an overseer, a test team, nor even a DEV with enough self-aware.

  9. This reminds me of the ptb when they tried the "finishing mori" thing if all survivors were downed. They had made Unbreakable base-kit though… it was so bad. Thankfully they never went through with it.

  10. shes far worse than nurse, at least u needed to be good at nurse to get downs, not with this one lmao. also really good survivors could win 50-50 at times vs nurse, but not against this one. also ds was promised to be 5sec, now found out its 3.6sec, i dont get them, making animation lower the ds timer is just dumb.

  11. The only way to prevent the Twins from slugging is to make it so that Charlotte and Victor can switch positions around the map as a secondary power. otherwise slugging will always be apart of the playstyle
