RACISM IN THE DEAD BY DAYLIGHT COMMUNITY

Recently Ayrun and Ussylis were called out for using racial slurs. The DBD community is quickly glazing over this topic and I wanted the black community to understand that our feelings are valid and they should not the situations that are occurring.

  1. As a black person, who the fuck cares if someone is saying the n word. WE CALL EACH OTHER more than any other race the n word!! Black people need to stop trying to enforce bullshit because they're being soft. That's all it is, soft ass people, who cares!!! He dodged a killers attack and said it, he wasn't being malicious at all. Ayrun as nothing to apologize for.

  2. Thank you for educating me and others about this. I respected Ayrun before but because of what he said and then how he tried to excuse it or give a half hearted apology made me reconsider.

  3. Thank you for pointing this out , i agree he did not really sound like he was really sorry . Some people make mistakes but they really did not care . I don't get the internet nowadays we have to deal with racist people and they are never sorry 🙁 I thought ussylis was a good person I changed my mind .

  4. This is very disturbing to me 😔. Although I do not know Ayrun personally nor do I follow his social media, I am subscribed to his YouTube and have supported him. I never was a fan of Ussylis, but I watch a few of his videos from time to time. As lightly as it can be taken for some, this is shit I have dealt with my WHOLE black ass life. I may be wrong for feeling like this, but I feel like all other DBD content creators, ESPECIALLY the popular ones, should speak out publicly ON THEIR CHANNEL, NOT TWITTER, and give the courtesy of saying "hey, I just wanted to let my followers know, although this did not involve me, I do not condone this behavior and I understand how this could hurt someone" PERIOD. Being silent is no longer an option; if you're silent then by default you're okay with this type of behavior and I do not want to support anyone who's okay with this. It's like I don't know WHO to trust at this point smh 😑

  5. Right on sista and shot out to you and the real ones for feeling a type of way and standing ten toes down. I wouldve never known as a casual dbd player who was subscribed to both of them. i dont care if they get canceled or not, i just hope our community arent stupid enough to keep supporting them. good job and keep up the good work.

  6. There are actually many other creators who say the n-word on several occasions in their videos but for some reason no one is calling them out. For example, one youtuber I've heard say the n-word with friends, with a large following would be Demi, but no one is bringing it up. Let's bring attention to this.
Btw great video! Keep up the great work!

  7. It's the same as 6ix9ine would say the n word in his every single videos/music video , he is allowed to say it because his black friends that encourages/let's him say that(basically he has n word pass), the situation is literally the same with Ayrun he has black friends who let's him use that word. Plus Ayrun did not use the word publicly he uses the word with his buds…. Around his friend circle… Why a you not going and trying to cancel 6ix9ine then… It's literally the same situation just 6ix9ine used that word publicly and Ayrun wasn't…

  8. Honestly…. what Eli did was TERRIBLE. It is something NO content creator should say. And I get that the black community is going to be pissed and disgusted by it. And IM disgusted by it. But you cannot control what others do. If they want to continue to support him that’s on them. They can live with that. I’m a huge believer in Karma and redemption both at the same time. I think giving this the amount of attention it’s getting is shining light on him and will make people support him even more.

  9. Great video, but I dont understand this whole going against racism and then dividing the community by saying that unless you are black you have no say on this. Seems counterproductive to me.
