  1. Dead hard is the best perk and it’s not even close. There’s a reason you can’t play a match without at least one survivor having dead hard

  2. I think a lot of people don’t realize that dead hard is objectively a poorly designed perk. It is a second chance perk that the survivor controls rather than the killer. All other second chance perks are only useful based on killer actions (which is what they should be): DS requires the killer to tunnel you, unbreakable requires the killer to slug you and BT requires the killer to camp or tunnel other survivors. With DH, you basically get an automatic third hit in chase and there is very little a killer can do against a survivor who knows how to use it. That’s why I’m so excited for its rework. A balanced version of DH would be so much healthier for the game.

  3. I think balanced landing is extremely underrated and I would put it in the number 3 spot

    1. Unlike other exhaustion perks, it completely changes the game for certain areas of the map. Top floor of coal tower is now safe, doing a gen by a hill is easy, etc.

    2. There’s a lot of value in perks that killers don’t expect. The first time you used balanced, the killer is most likely to swing through it, giving you extra distance

    3. Unlike lithe/sprint burst, you can more so control when you use it. You have to make an effort do fall from a height, so it’s easier to pick and choose when you want to use it
