However Frank could attempt to make friends with him and try to backstab him later probably
Danny is a more experienced and older professional killer, whereas without The Entity's blessings, he was still killing without his supernatural powers, Frank is more aggressive sure but without the Entity's blessings, he is nothing compared to Ghost face, Danny dealt with people fighting back anyway if we're taking the movies in consideration but since Danny is the first, doesn't have a Sidney obsession, never got caught, which tells me he's fought against people bigger than him whereas Frank only got 1 kill, the Store Employee while Danny killed so many people
DJ v Frank
In an upfront fight like a fight club or arena, 3 2 1 go, I'd say it goes either way. DJ can kill a household of people, he's smart, cunning, and sadistic.
In a 'man i'm gonna kill that guy if i see him' versus DJ stalking, DJ wins.

I think it would depend on who sees who first, if ghostface saw frank first then odds are he's been tracking frank for a while now which means he already has a file on Frank. (Ghostface is very organized on his future victims after all.) Which can only mean than Ghostface has Frank 99'd if not already exposed!!!
But if Frank isn't alone, but has the rest of the legion with him, then Ghostface doesn't stand a chance imo. I realize that this is more detail then the question asked for, but I hope you can appreciate that I delved into the killers' core characteristics to answer it. 😀
With no prep time, ghostface probably wins with hard to extreme difficulty, danny is more experienced so he will most likely end up on top.
If it is WITH prep time, I'd say ghostface gets the win very very easily, considering preparing and studying his victims is kind of his thing yk.
Oni bloodlusted/enraged or Deathslinger with a top hat would definitely have the best T-bags

Ghost face. Vs frank. That's not an easy one. Its dependent on whether frank knows he's being stalked or not. Otherwise it's kinda hard to kill the walking meme of killers. I guess the edge has to go to ghostface though off of one premise alone. He knows how to kill. He's been doing it for a long time. Experience really adds up.

Legion because Stealth will only get you so far eventually you gotta come out and play kind of like football if a defense is stopping your run eventually you gotta throw you know Frank just has to stop Ghostface shroud then go in for that KILL plus Legion is much younger and faster them deep wound hits hit differently ask any survivor main and Ghostface isn’t the strongest of killers 🎃🎃
