Personally I would run spirit fury instead of fire up just because I think the combination works a bit better but still a fan of the build and like the vid
I run quick-kick loadouts sometimes, except instead of Ruin I like to use a gen kicking perk like Pop with them for the extra kick-related synergy.
Also I know it's fashionable to just walk up to people from out of stealth while crouched, but I personally like to use the Ambush to get the hits on them at the generators. Especially if you use a related Ambush or crouch add-on it can be really difficult for them to avoid the Ambush hit if they don't run before you're close enough to launch it.

My favourite Anti Bully Legion Build. Add ons: Iridesecent Pin to break pallets when you vault, Julie's mixtape to get your power back if you're stunned. The perks are: Corrupt Intervention for that early game slowdown, Bamboozle, Enduring and Spirit Fury. It allows you to just brute force chases with them and that Bamboozle just to add extra damage to survivor loops.

Would you ever do a best perk combo video? Not quite build videos but two perks that really work well together, such as enduring/brutal strength.
Thought it would be interesting since some perks are D tier alone but become more viable if they have the help of another perk
