Nice, I just played Doctor tonight too. 🙂 Ran an I Hate Pallets build (Enduring, Spirit Fury, Dissolution and Hex: Blood Favour) which went surprisingly great. Between the shocks and those perks pallets were almost useless.
Next time though I’m going to give Bad Medicine a whirl, that’s Doctor with Distressing, Coulrophobia, Sloppy Butcher and either Overwhelming Presence, Franklins or Septic Touch. I’m not necessarily trying to stop them from healing, I just want them to try to heal and take forever to do it. 😄 Probably use two Calm add-ons as well to really make that radius massive.

Sniper Doctor is one of my favorite killer playstyles, and Surveillance and Jolt is my favorite killer perk combo, so I figured I could share how this perk combo combined with Ruin and Dead Mans Switch allows for the fun of denying survivors in a way I feel is fresh nowadays!
You should try using both of doctor tapes it actually combo pretty well

JESUS this addon combo is NASTY. Made me want to play Doctor for once (he's in my three lowest played killers).

Concept: Getting a quick down with Legion, activating Infectious Fright for Survivor information, picking up the survivor and using the effects of Agitation to quickly catch up to them downing them instantly with Starstruck and with Mad Grit you can buy yourself time to still get the initial hook.

Hillbilly build request. Both iri add-ons. Perks: Lethal pursuer, bbq & chili, scourge hook floods of rage, bitter murmur. If you get any extra games in it might be fun to switch out bitter. I think the constant auras combined with what would basically be a stealth Billy should be deadly and oppressive as fuck!
