Bite the bullet goes hand in hand with bush tech too. when you heal not only do you make no noise, but you also bend over more which hides you even more in said bush.
Sometimes I swear killers look me dead in the eyes and then outright fail to see me.
I was up against a hag who had killed my team. And they walked away from the exit gate so I went up. They busted a 180 and looked straight at me but still left. They didn't come back until I ran out the exit.
