His power, Scenario Editor, can make time go faster, where only he can control his actions, and other Survivors don't (so if you were running to a Pallet and going to drop it, your Survivor will do that. Its just that Redgear could move around the Pallet and get you.)

I agree with dbd being free cause don't some of the killers you can ONLY purchase with real money. And grinding to get a killer for 5000ish shards thingies is ignoring
