  1. I can understand why people get annoyed with hearing GGs when they get destroyed. I know whenever I 4K, I rarely get GGs, but when i get 3 or 4 outed it's ggs wp!!! All around. I think most people are disingenuous using it

  2. I don't always say GG because personally I don't find it to be always in good sport.

If I win, I NEVER say GG first. Because it just is so associated with GG EZ for people, it isn't worth the possible anger. If the losing side said GG, I'll say GG back.
If I lost and I felt the game was good, I'll say GG. Otherwise, I just leave and move on.

We tend to judge people on how their action made us feel and how we perceive said action, more so than intent behind the action. So, in this case, these survivors see your GG as bragging, and may even feel you are rubbing it in that you won. It is a like "Dude, what's wrong with you, how could you possibly think this game was good?" Your intent to be a good sport is not something they are considering. It is key to remember when dealing with other people, your intent does not matter to them as much as how they feel about what you did.

"But it is known that GG is just being a good sport!" See again people's own feelings trump your intent and even affect how they perceive facts. You may find this ridiculous, but if you deal with people enough you learn one thing … we are all ridiculous at times.

  3. the fact that they said its rude to say "GGS" is wild to me because we all know if they won and escaped, they would said ggs

also the "why would we care" got me because they care enough when they lose in a video game XD

  4. There was nothing to gg because it was not a good game. You aren’t being a good sport, you are rage baiting and being disingenuous just to get people’s reaction – you don’t need to say anything at all in end game chat – yet you do anyway and it’s obvious to just rub it in their face.

You care so much about them not liking your “gg”, then don’t type anything, no one is making you, just go to your next game.

  5. I forgot the movie where the killer was polite. Lol was it a Friday the 13th movie? Or a Elm Street movie? XD

The real issue is when they dislike something they pretend saying “gg” is passive aggressive.

  6. While do find is slightly rude to say ggs first when you utterly stomp them, its like a 1.5/10 on the rude scale at most. These guys are completely overreacting.
Besides, are they are seriously complaining about a killer playing tactically on one of the most survivor sided maps in the game?!

  7. okay look i'm not trying to be rude or anything, but like

it's kinda pathetic, no? it's kind of sad? They genuinely think it's rude of you to be polite and treat them as equals *because they got so rolled*. Did they want you to apologize? this is a pvp game, it's a competition, and you outplayed them.

that's like a baseball team getting hit with the mercy rule and being mad the other team lined up to shake hands.
