I use a similar build and sometimes befriend one survivor to have them let me backpack them then i just rampage the other 3 people with agitation, mad grit, and starstruck

Is Forced Penance a good perk for this build too? I started to doubt since survivors might actually not take a hit if it means they'll be broken
